Name: Solomon Shoals
Age: Seventeen
District: Six
Sex: Male
Physical Appearance: Never smiling, never clean. To most people, Solomon is an all-around unsettling presence as ugly as Six itself. His mouth, cracked and scabbed at the corners of his lips, is perpetually held open in an expression that can pass as either apprehension or idiocy. His eyes are distant – catching is gaze is like catching a bullet in your hand: before your brain can even register his stare, his eyes are already fixed on a point somewhere infinitely behind you. Patches of red skin – whether they're natural or not remains unknown; nobody's ever asked him – blot his face like wine stains on a carpet. His hair is slicked back with a foul-smelling grease that stays on his hands long after he's run them through it – needless to say, where the grease comes from is unclear. The rest of his body is built, but already withering, like a tree uprooted from dirt and planted in the sand. Although less startling than his face, it carries sadness all the same.
Personality: Solomon is a brick: imposing, silent, and always toeing the line between creation and destruction. His presence is uncomfortable, and once he appears, it's impossible to ignore. His words are comprehensible, but just barely; most of the time, they're better categorized as grunts. In general, it's rare to see him emote, and when he does, there's usually a general consensus: [something isn't right here. Call that an unfair judgment, but in the end, it doesn't really matter: for Solomon, it'll just go in one ear and straight out the other. Despite how it might seem, the majority of Six has no substantial issue with Solomon. For as long as people can remember, he's been harmless. The only exception is when he's at work. Solomon is an incredibly diligent worker and rule follower, almost aggressively so. To some, given the lack of any substantial information on him, this is cause for concern.
Background: For all intents and purposes, Solomon appeared in Six the day he began working. He spends most of his time, including weekends, at one of Six's many manufacturing plants. Where he goes at night, or where he lives, for that matter, isn't known. The circumstances surrounding his employment at the plant are also not understood, but most of Solomon's coworkers know to not question his presence, either by word-of-mouth or general intimidation.
Family: None on record.
Reaped or Volunteered: Reaped.
Weapon of Choice: A sledgehammer.
Token: Before he boarded the train out of Six, Solomon was asked if he'd brought a token with him. It's widely reported that he said yes, but no official documentation of a token was ever sent to the Capitol.
