Well, well, well, it's everyone's favourite part of the Games: awards! Nothing fancy here, and no excessively fancy awards, just a plain old page with some trivial congratulations.
Specific to this Game, I just want to first and foremost thank the competitors and people who have continued to participate. These Games wouldn't have continued without your constant supports. Now, without further ado....

Best Name:

This author would've won both the first and the runner up but to be fair to others, that will not happen! With a penchant for mysterious yet aptly fitting names, this characters name just seemed to fit right off the bat. While others take more explicit approaches in naming characters for Districts, I always appreciate subtlety. Therefore, the winner of Best Name is Jodi Roanoke (yellowbillycat). Runner up is a name of which it just feels good, and also are named of two composers I like, even though we didn't get to see this tribute in action. Therefore runner up is Elijah Hubert (TheFactionless).

Best District:

There's no question here, considering these two remained a pair to the very end! Considering they made an alliance of the "first" Careers, it's no wonder they made it far, but it wasn't just luck and chance that made them go so far, it was all them. Therefore, congratulations go out to everyone's favourite Four's: Nerida Cresswell (-arielle-) and Benthic Derval (lostwithmyfriends).

Dark Horse:

The Dark Horse award goes jointly to two tributes who I don't think I've ever had in my Games before. They both made it exceptionally far, demonstrating with each task a mastery of their characters and storylines. I was really glad to see them in this Game and to see their dedication and improvement throughout the tasks. Therefore the Dark Horse award goes to Tucker Steppe (Enchantresses) and Blair Setaria (starches).

Reverse Dark Horse:

Well, not much to say here. I was really really sad to see these folks go early. These four dropped for one reason or another but each could have made it far had intervening circumstances not occurred. To the first, for being at the top; the second for an unresolved and unfinished storyline I am sad to never see; to the third for the stories I won't hear; and the fourth for falling before I could see what could have been done. I will not choose between them, but to have four is, well, a lot. Without further ado, is a congratulations worth it to Jodi Roanoke, Bakari Maua, Ares Gannister, and Calico Charvet.

Stop Giving Me Heart Attacks 2019:

We're shaming people now! Shame them, shun them. Runner up of last year's award, this time it goes to the one person who, up until their end, sent in close, late, and only occasionally, early. This award then goes to Eloise Edith Kovach (ShayTree).

Best Entry:
There are two entries that I feel really stood out, excluding those from semis or quarters. These two set a certain tone for the Game and really brought up the heat. They were both atmospheric yet realistic and stayed true to each character. Therefore this award goes both to Jodi Roanoke's Task One, and Benthic Derval's Task Three (yellowbillycat and lostwithmyfriends)

Best Alliance:
Well, considering remnants of this alliance remained until the very end, it seems fitting they are the winners of this award, and particularly apt since their existence bodes for the next sixty five games a paradigm shift in how the Games are conceived. To the Careers, then, congratulations. Eloise Edith Kovach, Eitan Mizrahi, Nerida Cresswell, Benthic Derval, and Bakari Maua.
Runner ups go to the second career pack, Chet Jackson and Venus Iridium.

Best Ship:
The winners of this award spent much of the Games working towards exploring each other's character with a depth that served to further their own. While not necessarily romantic like the runners up, they both made it far and their storylines continued with and without each other. Therefore, to District Three's Packard Bevin (canaria_) and Benedict Quill (gracey_liz).
Runner ups go to the Careers and their love pentagon.

Best Form:
Once again an award to be given to several, each of these forms perfectly encapsulates the tributes from the before and from the after. They served not just as information but as building blocks onto who the characters would become. Therefore this award goes to Chet Jackson, Benthic Derval, and Jodi Roanoke.

Thank You Award:
Well, it's been a hell of a couple months. This final award goes to all those who convinced me to continue these Games instead of not finishing them as I was stressing about life. I want to apologize for not putting as much effort in as I should have, but a serious THANK YOU to all of you who stuck by and supported these Games.
Special shout outs go to Arielle who told me not to leave these Games unfinished, Morgan for letting me use her phone and being a source of IRL motivation, and to all those (even those who dropped out) for signing up in the first place.
