District 2 Female...Eloise Edith Kovach
NOTES: :(

District 3 Female...Packard Bevin
NOTES: Hooooooly man. Not only was that song an emotional sucker punch, but the entry was too. I would've possibly liked to see a bit of a smoother transition or ambiguity to the contents of the letter because it was revealed so immediately, but I also like that you gave it at the beginning knowing she doesn't read it really in entry. This was really a stunning entry. The ending really got me, damn.

District 4 Female...Nerida Cresswell
NOTES: Damn, this entry was beautifully written. It was quite a bit longer than the song, but the theme continued through, mostly. I did think the song was generally the same throughout, but your entry and the song both held depth and emotion aptly suited for each other. I would've liked a bit more ambiguity at the end as I did feel the addition of the cutscene to waking up seemed a bit extra, especially because the story was about two sisters and then the end of the entry didn't really explicitly tie to the story again on what happens if there was one girl on board? But that's just a general thematic theme. The rest of it was beautiful.

District 4 Male...Benthic Derval
NOTES: I...actually,,, cannot. I.....wow. I don't know if I quite have words to explain this entry and just how it was, how it fell into the space around me and sucked me in and brought me to Benthic and gave me a haunting and melancholic view of love which blazes until it fizzles to ash in both family and lover. Damn, I actually, I can't.

District 8 Male...Tucker Steppe
NOTES: You did a really great job smoothly incorporating the song to the entry. Packed with emotion and heartbreak yet deft writing, I think my only comment would be I would've liked to see a bit more on the letter or see it weaved in a bit smoother, but then it worked so well with the song and the theme and the arc that there's really no other way to have gone about it. The ending was stunning, too.

District 9 Male...Blair Setaria
NOTES: This entry was exceptional. I do feel like the song held its overarching theme but the tone didn't necessarily always fit with the entry, but only in brief bouts and generally worked just as well (see comment about how the song was pretty much the same throughout). This was a great look into both Elowen and Blair and Blair and his family. It was, I think, really fitting for Blair's storyline and arc.

Well, after that stunning turnout, the decision for byes was really, really difficult. However, after a lot of thought and consideration, the byes go to....
..
..
..
Benthic Derval...
and...
Packard Bevin.

That means the other THREE are up for votes (Eloise dropped out, so the remaining are Nerida, Tucker, and Blair), and unfortunately we must say goodbye to two of them. Please send me the names of TWO tributes you wish to see survive, and along with that, a brief description of why for each.
Voting closes tomorrow at 10pm Atlantic time. May the odds, as always, be ever in your favours.
