Romance Under The Fireworks

Meggy laid out a blanket on the grass, shooing away any bugs that came near her or the blanket.
The night was perfectly dark, stars gleaming in the sky. Not too many, but just enough to make it the perfect scenery.
Meggy finished quite in time, seeing a certain cyborg waltz up the hill in a tight dress and slippers. Curves in sight, face in beauty, and hair as luscious as always...
Tari stood in front of her inkling girlfriend, smiling. "Are you ready for tonight...?" Tari giggles.
"Of course I am, like I am any date." Meggy proudly grins.
Both of them kneel down onto the blanket, Meggy reaching over and holding Tari's hand.
"I wonder when they'll start, Meggy.." Tari looked at the sky, awaiting the bursts of color.
"Anytime soon..." Meggy whispers.
As minutes of Meggy flirting with her girlfriend passed by, the first firework was blown into the sky.
This excited the blue haired cyborg, quickly looking at the sky to admire the colors and flash.
As they came by and dissipated, Meggy and Tari looked at each other in the eyes.
"I love you, Tari..." Meggy whispers, leaning over and kissing Tari on the lips.
Tari accepted the kiss, giving one back. They held this position for a while, kissing and holding hands while the fireworks lit up their scene.
When they ended, Meggy lowered her head, kissing Tari's neck, and nipping it lightly.
Tari blushed red, remembering why she reserved such a dress for today.
The fireworks completely ended, leaving the two in quiet and darkness to get busy.
