Meggy x Tari One-Shot Collection

"Do NOT hurt my son"

Meggy walks into Tari's place, quietly sneaking around into her bedroom. "Oh Tari! Guess whose he...r...e..." Meggy slows her speech to quiet, seeing her girlfriend cuddling peacefully with Archibald, her favorite rubber ducky.
Meggy knocked on the door, watching Tari's eyes swing open and rush to hide the duck. Meggy walks in just as Tari hid it.
"Did Archibald keep you warm?" Meggy giggles
"Yes- no- he uh- he uh- he did! But never as warm as you do!" Tari chuckles nervously, making Meggy laugh at how adorable her girlfriend is.

Meggy slurped her ramen that evening, sitting across from Tari, who was eating chicken nuggets. Meggy looked up to see Tari eating one handed, the other covering Archibald's X eyes.
"Tari...are you ok?" Meggy asks
"What? I can't let Archibald see his cousins be eaten." Tari shrugs, making Meggy giggle and nod.

Tari and Meggy sat on the couch, Archibald being hugged close.
"Meggy...?" Tari slowly pipes up, leaning forward.
"Yeah?" Meggy asks, noting her unusual attitude
"Uh...is it normal to...consider I rubber duck as my son..?" Tari whispers, kissing Archibald on his rubber forehead.
Meggy shakes her head "if he's your son, he's my son too, right Archibald...?" Meggy pretends to pet the fake duck.
Tari's smile widens, hugging both her duck and Meggy.

Tari put Archibald on a bench as Meggy challenged her to throw a basketball first try.
Tari took off her jacket, preparing herself for what was to her extreme sports.
After 15 minutes of failure, Tari finally gets the shot first try, running back to the bench to squeal at Archibald.
She lifted her jacket off the bench, seeing nothing but bench. She frantically looked everywhere, going quiet when she saw something on the ground.
Meggy silently looked at Tari as she lifted it up. Archibald was popped.
Tari started crying quietly, holding the duck closer to her heart. "Archibald...no.." she whimpers, picking up Meggy and crying into her neck.

Meggy looks around for the perpetrator, seeing Wario weakly bolting away. Meggy looks at the crying Tari, her eyes squinting in rage. "...nobody hurts my son."

Tari feels Meggy separate from her. The crying comes to a halt as she watches Meggy stride forward.

Meggy goes squid, rushing towards Wario.
As she gains up, Wario puts his needle in front of him, being that its his only defense.

Meggy jumps up and reforms in front on him, taking the pin away and snapping it in half with her teeth. She leans closely towards Wario, staring him in his fat, veined eyes.
"Don't get anywhere close to my son or I will fucking smother you."
Wario nods slowly, Meggy holding up the Archibald skin, demanding he repair the duck.
Wario initially refuse, but Meggy grabbed one of her tentacles, which was her way of threatening to smother him with it.

Wario quickly grabbed the duck, blowing it back up and putting a Band-Aid on its hole.

Meggy takes the duck back, pulling out a roller and knocking out Wario with it. Orange ink splatters everywhere on the trees around, which was clear indication someone had messed with Meggy.

She walks back to Tari, handing her Archibald. "He's all better now."
Tari sees Archibald all fixed and hugs Meggy tightly, kissing her all over her face.
"Yes...yes, T-Tari I-I know, I saved our son-" Meggy blushed furiously at the kissing.
"S-Save it for the b-bedroom Tari, there's k-kids near" Meggy chuckles, her face red from being kissed.
Tari stops and hugs Archibald close, kissing his duck snout.

Later that night, the two lovebirds were cuddling their son, and had a little chat.

"Hey Tari?"
"Yeah?"
"Have you ever thought about having a real child?"
"Are you fucking insane, Meggy?"
"Oh shit...uh...gOODNIGHT SWEETIE-"
