Chapter Eight-Disneyland

Brady's POV

I wake up and I smell pancakes. I grab my dinosaur I named Dino (how original. don't judge him he's three) and walk down stairs. I bump into Uncle Jack.

"Hey buddy. Hungry?" he says. I nod and stick my arms up. He puts me on his hip and walks down the stairs. We go into the kitchen and see Daddy and Addy making breakfast.

"Hey Brady." Daddy said, taking me from Uncle Jack. He put me and Addy in our chairs and we began to eat.

"So what do you guys wanna do today?" Daddy asks.

"I dunno." I replied, putting pancakes in my mouth.

"How about Disneyland?" Uncle Carter asked, walking into the kitchen.

"Yay!" Addy and I said, waving our hands in the air.

"Ok ok. Finish your breakfast and we'll help get you changed." Daddy said. We quickly ate and ran to our rooms. Daddy came in to help me. I put on a black Mickey Mouse tank top, red shorts, red vans, and a black and red snapback.

Addy's POV

Uncle Nash came in to help me. I put on a blue Frozen shirt, a blue polkadot shirt, blue converse, and a white headband. I brushed my teeth and Uncle Nash put my hair in a ponytail. He carried me downstairs and put me in my car seat. Daddy then put Brady in his car seat. Daddy, Uncle Carter, Uncle Matt, Brady, and I were in Daddy's car. Uncle JJ, Uncle Jack, and Uncle Nash went in the other car. We started driving to Disneyland. After a while, I fell asleep.

Skip Ride to Disneyland

Brady's POV

I guess I fell asleep, because I woke up to Uncle JJ shaking me awake.

"Come on buddy, we're here!"

I yawned and unbuckled myself. Daddy picked me up and put me in a stroller with Addy. We went into the park and it looked awesome. I saw shops, a giant castle, and a lot other stuff. We walked around until I saw a giant dog (Goofy) waking around. I started freaking out.

Cam's POV

We were walking around and we saw Goofy and decided to get in line for pictures. We walked closer and Brady started screaming and crying.

"What's wrong buddy?" I asked. He didn't say anything. Just kept crying and shaking his head.

"Are you hungry?" Nash asked. More screaming.

"Tired?" Carter asked. He started kicking.

"What's wrong Brady?" JJ asked.

"Addy, do you know what's wrong with him?" I asked.

"He's scared of Goofy. But I'm not." she responded. Everyone made a o with their mouth. That's why he's crying. He doesn't like people in costumes.

"Brady, it's ok. Remember Goofy from Mickey Mouse clubhouse? He's nice, remember?" Jack said trying to calm him down. Brady wasn't screaming or kicking anymore. Just crying.

"Hey guys, go take Addy to see Goofy. I'll stay here with him." Carter offered.

"You sure?" I asked. He nodded and smiled. I took Addy out of the stroller and got back in line.

Carter's POV

I pushed the stroller over to a bench and sat down. Brady had calmed down a little bit, he was still sniffling.

"Brady, what's wrong?" I asked. No response.

"Do you want ice cream?" I said, trying to cheer him up.

"Yes, please." he said quietly. I got him a Mickey Mouse shaped ice cream and he was happy now. I got one for Addy too. The guys came back with Addy and put her back in the stroller. I gave her the ice cream. We started walking again.

Brady's POV

I calmed down now and ate my ice cream. We went on a few rides and I saw another dog (Pluto) and started crying.

Cam's POV

Brady started crying the minute he saw Pluto. Poor kid. I stayed back with him and the guys took Addy.

"Brady, why are you scared of Pluto and everyone? You love Mickey Mouse Clubhouse." I asked. He said nothing, he just stared at Pluto, sniffling.

Brady's POV

"Brady, why are you scared of Pluto and everyone? You love Mickey Mouse Clubhouse." Daddy asked. I didn't say anything. I just stared at Pluto. Why are they so big and tall and scary looking? I don't like them like this. I cry because I'm scared. They're big and scary.

Cam's POV

"Because they're big and scaring." Brady cries.

"But they're nice. They won't hurt you." I said.

"Promise?" he said, looking me in the eye.

"I would never lie to you. Of course I promise. Tell you what. If you go meet Pluto, I'll buy you anything in the gift shop you want. Deal?" I asked. He thought for a moment.

"O...okay." he said nervously. The guys came back and I told them what happened. I took Brady out of the stroller and put him on my hip. They stayed back and played with Addy. I walked up to Pluto and Brady clutched on to me.

"It's ok." I said rubbing his back. Pluto saw us and waved. Brady weakly waved and smiled a little.

"See, Pluto is nice. Just like Goofy and everyone else." I said. Pluto nodded and stuck his hand up, so Brady could give him a high five. He hesitated, but then gave him a high five back. We took a picture with Pluto and Brady didn't look scared anymore. He looked happy. We said bye to Pluto and walked back to everyone.

"How'd it go Brady?" Nash asked. I smiled and looked at Brady.

"I met Pluto!" he laughed, sticking his arms up in the air. Everyone cheered and we walked into the Gift Shop. Brady picked out a Mickey Mouse pillow pet. I got Addy a Minnie Mouse one. We went one a few more rides and got some food.

"Daddy I have to go to the bathroom." Addy said crossing her legs.

"Um...ok. Guys, how are we going to do this? None of us can go into the Women's bathroom." I whispered to the guys. They all shrugged.

"We'll just have to take her into the men's room." I said. I picked up Addy and walked to the bathroom. I pushed to door open, covering Addy's eyes. I rushed to a stall and told Addy I would wait outside the stall. She did her business and unlocked the door. She washed her hands and I quickly took her out of the bathroom. We met back up with the guys and continued.

3 Hours Later

Cam's POV

Before we left, we went to a fireworks show they were having at DisneyLand. We got in a good spot and waited. After 10 minutes, they started. As soon as Addy heard the first boom, she cried. I knew what was going on and took her out I the stroller. She's scared of fireworks. I sat her on my lap and covered her ears. She buried her head into my chest, crying. When it was finally over, she stopped crying. We packed up our stuff and left. Brady was asleep and Addy was still in my arms. She wouldn't let go. We got to the car and put the kids in their seats. Then, we drove home.
