Chapter Twenty-Seven - Triplets?

Cam's POV
I woke up to my phone ringing. It was...the orphanage?? I answered it.
Phone Convo
C-Hello?
O- Hello Mr. Dallas. Sorry to wake you. This is Ms. Bella from the Multiples Orphanage in Burbank. I have some...news...for you.
C-Does it have to do with the twins?
O- Very much so. You see, the twins...are really triplets. We just found Brady's identical twin brother this morning. He has been living in another orphanage since their parent's passing.
C-How did you know they were related?
O- Well, 1) he looks almost exactly like Brady. 2) the orphanage he used to live in did some research and found out he was a triplet and called us if we had any twins missing a sibling. They did a DNA test and found it positive with the one Brady and Addy had taken a few years ago at the orphanage.
C- You're asking if I want to adopt him?
O- Yes. He needs to be with his siblings. I'm not forcing you, but I think it's the best.
C- What's his name?
O- Cayden Michael. He prefers to be called Cody.
C- What is he like?
O- He liked drawing and music, he's rather quiet, but he is very sweet and behaves well.
C- I'll adopt him. I have the room, money, and I think Addy and Brady should be with their brother.
O- Excellent. When will you be able to pick him up?
C- Friday would be good.
O- Friday is perfect. Thank you Mr. Dallas. See you then.
C- Bye.
End Of Convo
I can't believe Brady and Addy are triplets. I think they'll be happy.
I got out of bed and went downstairs. Addy and Brady were playing with Nash and Carter.
"Guys, I have some very special news." I said.
They looked and listened.
"Brady and Addy...have a twin brother." I said.
"What!?" Carter said.
"I have another brother??" Brady asked.
"Yes. I just got a call from the orphanage saying they found Brady's identical twin brother. They were separated for some reason after the "incident"." I said, trying not to remind the kid about their parents.
"Are you adopting him?" Nash asked.
"Yup. The 3 of them should be together." I said.
"Yay! We have another brother!" Addy and Brady shouted.
I smiled. I called everyone else down and told them the news. They were excited and happy.
"When are you picking him up?" JJ asked.
"Friday (its Wednesday). Brady, would you mind sharing a room with Cody?" I asked.
"Yay!" he said, jumping up and down.
"Good. We should get you guys bunk beds." I said.
"Lets go." Matt said.
I took Brady and Addy upstairs and got them bathed and dressed. I took a shower and got dressed as well. Carter and Matt came with us.
We buckled the kids in and drove to Ikea. We picked out a bunk bed and another dresser. We went to the mall and got him a ton of clothes and toys. Brady picked all of it out.
We checked out and picked up Taco Bell for lunch. We went home and set everything up in Brady's room. It looked really cool. Brady likes it. I hope Cody will too.
Friday
Brady's POV
I woke up really early because today is the day Daddy is adopting Cody! I'm getting a brother!!
I climbed out of bed and used the bathroom. I brushed my teeth and ran to my closet. I put on a blue tank-top, black shorts, and my blue converse.
I ran to Daddy's room and climbed onto his bed.
"Daddy! Wake up Daddy! We have to go get Cody." I said, jumping on his bed.
He groaned and put his face in his pillow.
"Daddy!" I whined.
"Brady it's 6am. We aren't picking him up till 1pm." Daddy groaned.
I stopped jumping.
"But I want to see him now!" I whined.
"I know buddy. But its too early. He's probably still asleep and you should be too." he said.
"But I'm too excited!" I said.
Daddy smiled.
"You're really excited to meet him, huh?" he said.
I nodded really fast and smiled. Daddy laughed. I yawned and rubbed my eyes.
"Can I sleep with you?" I asked.
He nodded and I laid down next to him. When I hit the pillow, I was asleep.
11am
I woke up on Daddy's bed. He wasn't there. I climbed off his bed and went downstairs. Addy was watching TV with Daddy and Uncle Jack.
"Hey buddy. You finally awake?" Daddy said.
I nodded and sat down in Uncle Jack's lap.
"What time is it?" I asked.
"11:15. We won't pick him up for another hour and 45 minutes." Daddy said.
"How long is that?" I asked.
"3 1/2 episodes of Spongebob." Uncle Jack said.
"THAT LONG?!" I yelled.
Daddy and Uncle Jack laughed. We watched TV for a while and waited till 1.
Cody's POV
Ms. Bella told me my new Daddy is coming today with my brother and sister. I hope they're nice.
I sat on my bed waiting for my daddy to come when my roommates, Jamie and Jenna, came in the room. They're the only kids nice to me. They're 13, have blonde hair and green eyes, and are identical twins. I've known them every since I've been here, which is 3 1/2 years.
"Hey Cody. Ready to meet your new family?" Jamie asked.
"Yeah. I just hope they're nice." I say.
"They will be. Don't worry." Jenna said, sitting next to me.
"But what if they don't like me?" I asked.
No one likes me here because I'm quiet and shy.
"Of course they'll like you. You're adorable." Jamie said, hugging me.
I smiled.
"We'll miss you." Jenna said.
"I'll miss you too. But at least I'll be with my brother and sister." I said.
"Yup." Jamie said.
We sat and talked for a while, then Ms. Bella came in the room.
"You're new daddy is here. Get your stuff and come down." she said an left.
I grabbed my suitcase and turned toward the girls. They were crying.
"I'm gonna miss you guys." I said, running to them.
"We'll miss you too." They said.
"Wait." Jenna said.
She got up and looked for something on her dresser. She pulled out a small picture frame.
"This is for you. Don't forget us. Have fun with your new daddy and siblings." she said, handing it to me.
It was a picture of the 3 of us on my 3rd birthday. I hugged them again and put the picture in my suitcase.
Jenna picked me up and Jamie grabbed my suitcase. We walked to the office where a tall man with brown hair was sitting with a boy and a girl who looked like me. Ms. Bella was at her desk.
"He's ready." Jamie said.
Everyone looked up and the boy smiled.
"Cody, this is your new daddy and your siblings, Brady and Addy." Ms. Bella said.
"Oh my god You're Cameron Dallas!" Jamie squealed.
Daddy smiled and nodded.
"Oh my god! We love you so much!!" Jenna said.
"Hi Cody. Ready to go home?" Daddy said.
I nodded.
"He's quiet around new people." Ms. Bella said.
I said my goodbyes and hugged Jamie and Jenna one last time. Daddy carried me to the car and bucked the three of us in our car seats.
"We live with more people. You'll meet them when we get home." Brady said.
"Okay." I said.
"And we have an older brother at home. His name is Carter." Addy said.
"He's 18." Brady said.
"Cool." I said.
Daddy pulled up to a big, giant house. He unbuckled us and we walked inside. Daddy was holding me.
"We're back!" Daddy yelled.
A bunch of people came running down the stairs. I got scared and hide in Daddy's chest.
"It's ok." Daddy said.
"Cody, this is Uncle Nash, Uncle Matt, your brother Carter, Uncle JJ, Uncle Jack, and Uncle Hayes." Daddy said, pointing to everyone.
I waved a little.
"Can I hold you?" Uncle Jack asked.
I nodded and held my arms out. He put me on his hip and I laid my head in his shoulder. I was tired.
"Aww." everyone said.
"Lets get him to bed. Brady, Addy, it's time for your nap too." Daddy said.
We all went upstairs and into a room. It was painted blue with bunk beds and a lot of toys. I smiled.
"This is cool!" I said.
"I swear that's the first time I heard him talk." Daddy said.
Everyone laughed and I yawned. Daddy took me from Uncle Jack and set me down on the bottom bunk. Brady laid down on the top one.
"Welcome home Cody." Daddy said.
I smiled and closed my eyes. They all left and closed the door. I quickly fell asleep.
