Chapter Nine-Allergy Gone Wrong

Brady's POV

" Brady wake up. Time for school." It's Uncle JJ. I climb out of bed and walk downstairs. Daddy comes down, holding Addy. He gives us our cereal and makes our lunch. We finish eating and go upstairs to get dressed, with Uncle JJ helping me. He picks out a plain black t-shirt, a Batman hoodie, black shorts, and black converse. I brush my teeth and Uncle JJ helps me with my hair. I grab my backpack and run downstairs. Addy comes down and we grab our lunch boxes. Daddy carries me to the car and Uncle Nash carries Addy. He puts me in my car seat and we drive to school.

Skip Ride To School

When we get to school, we put our stuff away and find Derrick and Ariana. Ms. Dani reads us a story and then says its time for playtime outside. Derrick and I play tag and the girls are on the swings. Derrick was it and started chasing me. I ran onto the concrete, where some kids were playing hopscotch. I ran as fast as I could, until I hear a thump and someone crying. It was Derrick. I turn around and see him on the ground, on his belly. He must have tripped. I then notice his arms and legs are all bloody. Ms. Dani runs to Derrick and picks him up.

"Is Derrick ok?" I ask, scared.

"Yes, he just scraped his knees and elbows. He'll be fine. Go play." Ms. Dani says. I walk over to the girls and sit on the swings with them. A few minutes later, Derrick walks out with superman band-aids on his knees and elbows, sucking on a lollipop.

"Are you ok?" Addy says.

"Yeah, I just fell. I'm ok now." He says. We played on the slides until Ms. Dani called us for lunch. We sat down and is started to eat my sandwich. I taste something weird. Tastes.... nutty?! I look at my sandwich and I see what was suppose to be Addy's sandwich, a PB&J. All of a sudden, my throat swells up, my skin turns red, and I can't breathe. I fall backwards and everything went black.

Addy's POV

I was eating my apple when Brady starts turning red and his throat swells up. He falls to the floor. I notice he was eating a PB&J. Oh No!! Daddy must have mixed up the sandwiches!!!

"Brady!!! Ms. Dani!!!" I yell. She quickly turns around and runs to Brady.

"What happened?!" she says, almost yelling.

"He accidentally ate peanut butter and he's allergic!" I say, starting to freak out.

"Ms. Chloe, call 911!!! He's unconscious!" she yells to our other teacher. Within what seems like seconds, I hear a ambulance outside and two men, one pushing a bed on wheels, run into the room. One of them picked up Brady and put him on the bed. The other put a mask on his face. They wheel him out of the school and put him into the ambulance. I start crying.

"It's ok. He'll be fine." Ms. Chloe says, hugging me.

Cam's POV

*Cam works as a waiter at a restaurant*

I just finished bringing a couple their food and walk back into the kitchen. I feel my phone vibrate in my pocket. It's the twins school. I answer it.

Phone Convo Cam-C Ms. Dani-MD

C- Hello?

MD- Mr. Dallas?

C- Yes? Is something wrong?

MD- Yes. Somehow, Brady ate some peanut butter and he's skin turned splotchy and red, his throat swelled up, and he passed out. I just called the ambulance and they're taking him to the hospital.

C-Oh my god! I'll be right there.

I run out of the restaurant and into my car. I quickly drive to the hospital. I text all the guys telling them what happened. Carter, Nash, and JJ came to the hospital. We ran inside and saw a lady at the front desk.
