Chapter 12

AJ🐙: I missed my big sis so I went to go give her a cuddle in her big girl bed! "DI Can we cuddle I miss youuu" oh, Di was sleeping already. "DI DI DI DI" i miss my sis, she wasn't awake I was scared. Ooo di's phone. Someone called suggy came up. I wanna talk to him. I called him like Di does.
Joe💙: "ugh what do you want now"
AJ🐙:"hellooooo"
Joe💙:"oh hey, um who's this"
AJ🐙:"AJ,Di's sleepy"
Joe💙:"umm AJ can you wake Di up for me"
AJ🐙:"nope she's to sleepy I tried"
Joe💙:"AJ are you saying di won't wake up"
AJ🐙:"yep she's to sleepy"
Joe💙:"okay, good boy for calling someone stay with Di when you hear someone knock on your door, come open for me like a big boy"
AJ🐙:"okay"
Joe💙:I jump out of bed, my hearts beating 1000 times a minute, i Chuck on a old jumper and some tracksuit bottoms and run out my house and to Dianne I really hope she's okay. I ran towards her door and knocked
AJ🐙: I could hear banging downstairs. I needed to open the door. "Helloooo"
Joe💙:"hey little man can you show me where Di is"
AJ🐙:"okay"
Joe💙:we walked up into diannes room, all I saw was a lifeless body just laying there. My heart dropped. I could just about feel her pulse but it was weak. I grabbed my phone and dialled 999. I called the ambulance and they were on there way. I was terrified. AJ didn't know what was going on, I just sat there holding reddo's hand, these were the stupid nicknames we made up for each other, and hugging AJ. I wanted them to feel safe. I heard the ambulance out side and ran down to open the door. They ran upstairs, I found AJ's room and let him play with some toys while I checked on Dianne. The paramedic decided to take her into hospital. I ran into their kitchen, I saw dianne's house keys on the side, saw her mum passed out on the sofa so I ran back upstairs grabbed AJ and went in the ambulance with Dianne.
AJ🐙:"suggy, whats happening"
Joe💙:I laughed "call me joe, suggy isn't my name but you can have your own nickname for me if you want"
AJ🐙:"what about joey,its like suggy"
Joe💙:"joey it is."
AJ🐙:"but what's happening, is Di okay?"
Joe💙:"we don't know yet. But the doctors and nurses are going to take really good care of her." I felt a single tear fall from my eye. I was trying to be strong in front of AJ you could see how he cared about Dianne, she was the only person in his life.
AJ🐙:"dont cry, Di doesn't like people crying"
Joe💙:"dont worry, I'll stop, now we need a nickname for you little man"
AJ🐙:"well di calls me monkey"
Joe💙:"monkey it is then" we pulled up to the hospital. I didnt let go of her hand the whole way there. She was taken straight to the ward, me and AJ had to wait in the family room. AJ went over and played with the toys while I just sat there, praying Di was going to be okay.
