Chapter 16

Chloe☀️: I hadn't heard from Dianne in a few days, this was weird for her. Even if we couldn't call she would always message me. She hadn't opened any of my messages for days. I decided to ring Amy to see if they had talked. "Hey amz, have you heard from Di recently?"
Amy🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿:"no have you"
Chloe☀️:"no I'm really worried she's done something stupid, last time we spoke she had just seen her dad and they didn't get on."
Amy🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿:"oh dear, what was that boys name she was seeing, let's try message him"
Chloe☀️:"yes! I'm sure his name was joe sugg try Instagram."
Amy🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿:"yes I found him, joe_sugg I'll make a group chat"
Chloe☀️:"okay"
Amy🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿:"my instas playing up I'll send you our convo"

Chloe☀️: "WHAT! Oh my god now I'm panicking."
Amy🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿:"same, right I'm going to add him."
Chloe☀️:"okay"
Joe💙: I looked down at my phone and saw I was getting a call from Amy and Chloe, I grabbed my phone and went outside to talk to them

Joe:hey, I'm joe, Dianne's boyfriend.
Chloe:hey joe Im chloe, this is Amy were Dianne's best friends
Amy:Hey, so whats going on with Di we're really worried
Joe: it all started a couple days ago, I got a call from Di but it was her brother, he didn't really know what was going on but he basically said he couldn't wake her up, I rushed over and called an ambulance. She was put into a coma for a day and they thought she wasn't going to make it, today she managed to squeeze my hand, she still isn't awake but she's getting there. They're just doing more tests now.
Chloe: omg, so she's going to be okay.
Joe: yeah, I think so.
Chloe☀️: me and Amy immediately burst into tears the though of losing our best friend but knowing she was going to be okay. "How about AJ is he okay"
Joe💙:"yeah, he doesnt really know what's going on, he's staying with me and my family at the moment, until di's better"
Chloe☀️:"that's great, AJ needs support, it's so good that he has you,"
Amy🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿:"agreed, you and Dianne deserve each other so much"
Joe💙:"thank you, I'm going to go back inside and see dianne for a bit, I'm happy to call you if there's any improvements"
Amy&chloe☀️🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿: "thank you"
Joe💙: I walked back inside and up the stairs to Dianne's ward, I was greeted with a doctor. "Hi, can I help I'm diannes boyfriend."
Doctor👨‍⚕️:"hello, we think we are ready to wake dianne up. Would you like to be here"
Joe💙:"yes please" I was terrified, what if she didn't wake up, what if something happened, I just had to trust the doctors. They slowly pulled the wires away from her, keeping her oxygen tube in. We waited about 15 minutes until I slowly saw her eyes widen, she let out a small groan. "Hey beautiful"
Dianne❤️:My memories were a blur, all i remember is opening in my eyes and hearing the voice, the voice that made me feel safe. I felt weak but secure. I was so glad to be back. To see his handsome face.
Joe💙:"I'm so glad your okay. You need to rest though I know what your like your laying in this bed until anyone says otherwise okay?"
Dianne❤️:"okay" I felt his soft lips connect with mine. I felt strong again. He was my world. "Joe, you know I could hear everything you said. Thank you"
Joe💙:"what do you mean."
Dianne❤️:"you and AJ. It's cute. Thank you for protecting him"
Joe💙:"it's okay,he's a good kid anyway I want a picture to cement this moment"
Dianne❤️:"okay okay, photographer" I joked.
Joe💙:I took a picture of our interlocking hands and decided to post it on Instagram to let everyone know that she was okay.
