Dianne❤️:joe convinced me to go home, I slowly walked back fearing something would happen to AJ. We got to joes front door and I could see his mum crying through the window. My heart dropped. What had happened. My mind went straight to AJ. I was terrified to open the door. I didn't want to face up to what would be inside. I slowly opened the door and walked round into the living room. Mine and Tracy's eyes interlocked.
Tracy🌷:"Im so sorry" my eyes were filled with tears.
Dianne❤️:"just tell me"
Tracy🌷:"I had to call social services. They, they.... they took him" my eyes were flooded with tears. I couldn't imagine how Dianne was feeling
Dianne❤️:" no No NO" I couldn't breath, my vision went blurry, I ran upstairs to AJ's room and just sat there. Surrounded by his things. I just wanted my best friend back. My head was spinning, I found myself laying on his floor. My eyes slowly closed. I woke up to the feeling of a soft had gliding along my back.
Joe💙:after seeing how Dianne reacted last night, I let her sleep. I woke up at 7:00 the time we usually got up for school. I walked into AJs room and slowly stroked her back until she woke up. She murmured so I lent in and kissed her, "morning"
Dianne❤️:"mmmmm, morning. What's the time"
Joe💙:"seven, come on let's go chat"
Dianne❤️:"okay" we wandered back into joes room. "I'm sorry"
Joe💙:"what for"
Dianne❤️:"well you know, last night. I just ignored everyone"
Joe💙:"it's okay, no ones annoyed at you. You've lost your little brother"
Dianne❤️: a tear fell from my eye. "Yeah. I just want everything to be how it was before you know. Me and my dad we were best friends. And then little AJ. He was only young but he adored him."
Joe💙:"then go see your dad today. Look I know he's done some shit things but who hasn't made mistakes. I can tell how much you want to see him Dianne. It'll take time but it's worth a try?"
Dianne❤️:"yeah, okay I'll try I do miss him"
Joe💙:"okay come on let's get ready"
Dianne❤️:we walked towards the school gates and my heart dropped. I had nothing but bad memories from this place. Okay Dianne you can do this. I wandered in and kept my head down I didn't want to see anyone joe walked me down to his class room. My heart was pounding "you go first"
Joe💙:"okay" I was so scared for Dianne. I really hoped this went well.
Mark🎨:"oh, joe hi"
Joe💙:"um hey." I signalled to Dianne to come in.
Dianne❤️:I was terrified. "Hey"
Mark🎨:"hey dot"
Dianne❤️:I ran over and broke down in his arms "I'm so sorry" I turned around and told joe to go.
Mark🎨:"dot, whats wrong"
Dianne❤️:"they've taken him dad"
Mark🎨:"ah okay come on let's go talk somewhere else"
Dianne❤️:we walked up to a private meeting room and sat on the sofa in here. I just hugged him. Not letting go yeah he had made mistakes but he was here now. "They've taken AJ dad. I don't know where's he gone who's he's with. I'm scared"
Mark🎨:"of course you are dot. But I'm here we can get him back I've never stopped loving either of you. I've got a 3 bed flat in town I kept it that way incase you ever wanted to stay incase this ever happened"
Dianne❤️:"really?"
Mark🎨:"yes. Why don't we go back there I only had one class today and I can get mr hill to cover that. And your not in the right mind to be in school. I'll go get joe and let him know"
Dianne❤️:"I would love that"
Mark🎨:"okay come on. Let's go tell joe then I'll sign us out." We walked over to Dianne's tutor. "Sorry to interrupt can I borrow joe"
Joe💙:I wandered out the classroom and saw that Dianne had been crying i ran over to her and engulfed her in a hug. "I love you" I whispered In her ear.
Dianne❤️:"joe it's fine. I love you to, look I'm going to go back to my dads house for a bit I'll see you later okay."
Joe💙:"okay I'll see you later I love you" I hugged and her and kissed her
Dianne❤️:when joe kissed me I went red because I was in front of my dad but I hadn't cared before. This was a good thing "I love you to now go back in Im not getting you in trouble"
Joe💙:"okay call me or Zoe if you need anything"
Dianne❤️:"okay I will I promise" we slowly walked away and towards reception. My dad signed us out and we walked out of school
Mark🎨:"I don't care you know"
Dianne❤️:"what?"
Mark🎨:"about you and joe it doesn't bother me I can see he cares about you and well he's a good kid"
Dianne❤️:"thank you that means a lot" we got into my dads car "you've never changed it then"
Mark🎨:"of course not, remember when we would drive along the road singing our hearts out to the little mermaid"
Dianne❤️:"look at this stuff isn't it neat" I laughed they were the best times. We arrived at my dads flat.
Mark🎨:"come on, 3rd floor"
Dianne❤️:it was amazing, really modern and quite posh. I opened the door
Mark🎨:"go round the corner, first room on your left"
Dianne❤️: I walked into a room, it was so perfect, I would love a room like that. "Oh who's that for"
Mark🎨:"oh um you if you like it. When I found out you still lived near me I decided to well start decorating a room for you sorry it's only small and basic and you can change it"
Dianne❤️:"DAD! its amazing I love it thank you"
