Chapter 17

Joe💙:after leaving Dianne in the capable hands of the doctors I went to di's house to get Dianne and AJ some clothes and other bits they would need, much to her disagreement i convinced Dianne to stay at mine until she was better.

Joe💙:She was going to be discharged in a few days, she had been awake for a week now. It was so great having her back. My family had been to see her a lot. But I still felt awful I had to go back to school and it was hell. I kept seeing her dad. I wanted to say something so badly but I couldn't. I don't think he knew about Di he hadn't been in to see her anyway. Our school was massive so it's very likely he hadn't heard. I grabbed the bags and went to pick up AJ from school with my mum. Me and AJ had become really close. My mum took a cute picture so I put it on Instagram, I only had a few followers on Instagram and most of them were close friends so I knew Dianne wouldn't mind.

Dianne ❤️:I was laying in the hospital bed waiting for joe to come back. I missed him so much when he was at school or left me for a bit. I was scrolling through Instagram and I saw the cutest picture joe had posted. I screen shotted it and made it my home screen

Dianne❤️: now every time I opened my phone I saw there faces, the two people who meant the most to me. Speaking of people who mean a lot to me I got a call from Amy and Chloe.
Amy🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿:"hey di, still in?"
Dianne❤️:"yeah I'm getting discharged later though!"
Chloe☀️:"omg wait really that's amazing!"
Dianne❤️:"yeah, I'm staying with joe for a while, I can only assume my mums been off her face these past weeks not even a phone call I can tell AJ isn't that worried about her. I think he understood that conversation we had well so he doesn't realise what's going on but accepts that our mum isn't around."
Amy🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿:"so you told him then Di, good for you"
Dianne❤️:"yeah, well in like a kid way of explaining things. Speak of the devil he's here now. AJ come say hi to auntie Chloe and Amy."
AJ🐙:"YAY. HELLO"
Chloe & amy☀️🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿:"HEY MONKEY"
Joe💙:seeing AJ and Dianne so happy like that made my heart glow. I was so lucky to have these two amazing people in my life.
Doctor👨‍⚕️: "so miss Buswell are you ready"
Dianne❤️:"I think so"
Doctor👨‍⚕️:"lets get going then"
Dianne❤️:I lifted Aj onto the floor and shuffled myself into the wheelchair I then picked aj back up onto my lap and let joe push us out seeing the outside world again made me so happy, joes family were amazing i never thought anyone would actually like me for me, I've only ever had 2 real friends, Chloe and any everyone else in my life had abandoned me. I was finally happy. We got into joes mums car and she drove us home.
Joe💙:I lifted Dianne out the car and placed her into her wheelchair "mum AJ go inside we'll be in in a second"
Dianne❤️:"what why"
Joe💙:"it doesn't matter." I turned around and kneeled in-front of Dianne "Dianne Buswell, we haven't even known Each-other for a month but I want to spend my future with you and aj your my world and seeing you there in that hospital bed broke me. So this isn't a proposal don't worry but I want to give you this eternity ring so you know I'm here for you. Forever"

Dianne❤️:I broke down into tears "Joseph sugg thank you so much for everything. I love you." Omg I just told him I loved him what if he doesn't love me back.
Joe💙:"Dianne Buswell I love you to." Our lips connected. "Now shall we go inside"
Dianne❤️:"Okay" joe pushed me round the corner to see a large welcome home banner and balloons

Dianne❤️:I was the happiest I've ever been.
