Chapter 13

Dianne❤️:I could hear everything going on, When AJ found me, when joe came. Their cute conversations. It was heart breaking, I couldn't move, I couldn't speak, I couldn't open my eyes to see my surroundings . I was stuck all I was left with was my own thoughts and the sound around me. This was hell. All I remember was dancing. Then not being able to do anything, only hear.
Joe💙:"it was now 4:27 am. AJ had fallen asleep on the sofa next to me. Many doctors had come in but they couldn't tell me much, I wasn't her next of kin. I explained diannes situation and they agreed to talk to us if an adult was present. I couldn't wake my parents up. They didn't even know about Dianne let alone I was looking after her little brother while she lays in a coma. I my only option was to email her dad, it was responsible but Dianne hates her dad right now, she's only just reconnected with him would she want him here, and then there's AJ he hasn't seen him since he was a baby. How would he react? I decided to wait until morning.
Dianne❤️: i could just hear the beeping of the machines and the doctors around me, all u wanted was to hear joes voice. Just to know He's here. He probably went home. Why would he stay with me. Yeah he's my boyfriend but a girlfriend in a coma isn't the best. And AJ oh god AJ I really hope he isn't alone.
Joe💙:I had fallen asleep and woke up by AJ jumping around the room, despite not having the best start in life. That boy was full of joy.
I checked the time 7:35 am my parents would realise I was gone soon but I couldn't even think about that right now.

Zoe🎃: "BROCEPH GET UP COME ON" I got no response, joe hadn't been like this since he was friends with mikey and that crowd, I ended up waking my mum and dad up to help me get him up, I couldn't go in his room so got my dad to get him, "mum,dad joes not coming out of him room"
Graham👱🏻‍♂️: "Im coming, I'll get him up"
Zoe🎃:"thank youuuu"
Graham👱🏻‍♂️:I open the door to joes room, "JOE COME ON YOUR LATE ALREADY..... joe" I shove the covers off, "JOE, guys joes not here"
Tracy🌷:"WHAT"
Zoe🎃:"I didn't hear him leave yesterday, where would he go..... oh"
Tracy🌷: "what Zoe where"
Zoe🎃:"um there's this girl, Dianne"
Tracy🌷:"don't tell me he's back with that crowd"
Zoe🎃:"no no don't worry, Dianne seems really nice she's new but her and joe are really close, call joe see if he's there before anyone worries too much"
Tracy🌷:"okay, I'll ring him" I was so scared, if joe was back with some people I couldn't do it again, trying to get him out of that. I hope he was safe.
Joe💙:I was playing with AJ when I heard my phone ring, it was bound to be my parents. I figured I had to go answer it. By the time I got over to my phone it had stopped ringing, but I was right a missed call from my mum

Joe💙: I had to call her back, as much as I loved just spending time with me and AJ and Ik Dianne wouldn't want him meeting loads of new people. I had to know what was wrong with her. I began ringing my mum.

Joe:hello
Tracy:joe are you okay?
Joe:yeah I'm sorry I didn't tell anyone where I was going dianne was rushed to hospital can you or dad get down here they won't tell me anything. I'll explain when your here.
Tracy: yeah we can both come
Joe: um maybe only one of you for now. I'll explain later. Mum I think it's best you come.
Tracy: um okay. What ward are you on.
Joe: Darwin. I'm in the family room.
Tracy: okay I'm on my way.

Tracy🌷:I jumped straight into my car. I know joe when he's worried and he definitely was concerned about this girl. I'm just glad he's not in trouble. I pull up into the hospital car park and look for Darwin ward. Ah 5th floor. I hop into the lift and press the button. I walk out. It was huge.i saw a nurse so I decided to ask her for directions, "hello, I'm looking for my son. He said he was in the family room" she directed me straight down the hallway and too my left. I walked in to see joe. On the floor playing with a boy no older than 5 or 6. I just assumed he was another family's who had to pop out. "Hey, joe"
Joe💙:I Lept up and hugged my mum. I was so glad she was here. "Hey"
Tracy🌷:"so where is Dianne's family"
Joe💙:"Um right here" I pointed at me and AJ. We were really the only family she had.
Tracy🌷:"oh, I see. Well, I'm not going to bore you with questions we can do that later. Is Dianne okay"
Joe💙:"I don't know, they won't tell me anything. They wanted her next of kin but I couldn't get her mum here. So they agreed if I had an adult present, I would be able to find out more"
Tracy🌷:"well then. I best go find a doctor, but first, who's this cutie pie"
Joe💙:"this is AJ, Better known as monkey. He's Diannes little brother, but she's his main carer, there parents aren't around much. He's a sweet kid though"
Joe💙:"monkey come here. This is Joeys mummy, she's come to help find out what's wrong with Di" I felt AJ snuggle into me slightly I could tell he was anxious.
AJ🐙:"hi"
Tracy🌷:"hello, it's nice to meet you. While I go find a doctor do you want to go with joey to get some food."
AJ🐙:"yes please"
Tracy🌷:"go on then, joe be back in 15 mins. I'll go find a doctor"
Joe💙:"okay thanks mum." I was really worried about Dianne. If something happened to her, how would AJ cope, he's Lost so much. I hurried back to the family room where my mum was waiting with a doctor. "AJ, go play with some toys" "please tell me what's wrong with Dianne, tell me she'll be okay"
Doctor👨‍⚕️:"I'm sorry to have to tell you this but......"
