We stood on Titan, reflecting on our defeat. Peter helped Tony to his feet. All of a sudden, a chill went through the air, and I turned my head to see antenna girl look worried.
"Something is happening." Before we had time to react to what she said, antenna girl faded to dust. Okay, that was a little weird.
The bald dude looked at Quill, fading as well.
"Quill?" He said before he completely disintegrated. This was more worrisome. What was happening and was this going to happen to me? Tony looked over at Quill, who was staring in horror.
"Steady, Quill." Quill sighed.
"Aw, man." He disintegrated.
The rest of us looked at Strange, who sighed.
"Tony, there was no other way." He looked down, and he was gone. I stared at my hands and feet, hoping that I wouldn't disintegrate as well.
But I hadn't thought about Peter.
"Mr. Stark?" I turned around and my eyes widened. Peter had tears in his eyes, and in that moment, I knew he was going to fade away. "I don't feel so good." Tony looked at him, terrified.
"You're all right." Peter stumbled, and I ran over to help Tony catch him as he fell.
"I don't know what's- I don't know what's happening, I don't-" He was clutching at Tony like a little kid hugging their dad. Tears started to form in my eyes as I noticed that Peter's hand had already faded to dust. "I don't wanna go, I don't wanna go, Mr. Stark, please. Please, I don't wanna go. I don't wanna go..." Peter was now on the ground. I knelt down next to him, and he looked up at me and Tony.
"I'm sorry." With that, he faded to dust. Tony brought his hands to his mouth, mourning the loss of Peter. The robot girl looked on.
"He did it." I sat there, crying. Had this happened on Earth too? If so, did Lily fade away? Did Nat? Peter was gone. We were on an abandoned planet, millions of miles from Earth, with no way home. I was going to die here in space.
