Y/n eventually goes back to school since being home alone with a demon wasn't always the greatest. Plus she missed Lydia. It thing was Claire Brewster, god did she miss her... Quote the sarcasm.

"Beetlejuice come on, I have to go to school" you whined ready to leave the house.

"Come on, what kid wants to go back to school?"

You just rolled your eyes and went out the door with Beetlejuice following

(Oh, btw, this is a public school, unlike the cartoon...)

The wasn't was that far of walk so you made do with it. Most of the time you just met up with Lydia anyway. As you were walking you came across her, and snuck up on her.

"Hey Lyd." You said as you tapped her on the shoulder.

"Hey, Y/n you're back" she smiled.

You two caught up as Beetlejuice looked at Lydia. He didn't really like her, but he didn't really like anyone.

One you got to school the halls were filled with people and yelling. Man did you miss this... You went to your locker and put your stuff up.

"Well, look who got back from the funeral home"

You recognized that voice, that voice filled you with hatred. One reason you hated school and never wanted to come back.

"What, is Y/n at a loss of words?" She laughed.

You grabbed your biology book, and slammed your locker.

"Listen, Claire, just go bug someone else" you glared at her and went off.

"Hey, who was that" Beetlejuice questioned "god I wanna-"

"Don't do anything, it was just Claire"

"Well we gotta do so-" he tried to say before you cut him off.

"No, we can't do anything, she's just a mean girl."

You walked to class hoping he'd listen to you, but god were you wrong.

While you were in class Beetlejuice found some paper and a pen and wrote, Betelgeuse and placed them in Claire's locker.

Timeskip back to Lydia and Y/n

Our final class before lunch ended and we were all dismissed. You and Lydia decided to go to a nearby fast food place and eat.

"Hey Y/n?"

"Yeah? You answer.

"Have you ever encountered-" Lydia stopped herself.

He grabbed her book bad and took out a pencil and grabbed a napkin and wrote, Betelgeuse.

"Beetleju-" you were cut off by Lydia.

"No. Don't say his name, you can't summon him.." she paused "Unless..."

You looked a her more nervously, she had obviously found out.

"Y/n, you need to get rid of him." She said more seriously.

"But, he's my friend."

"Y/n, he's just tricking you."

Your food eventually came out as you two went back and forth with each other. When you guys got done eating was basically when the argument stopped. You walked back to school to see Claire looking at a paper and talking softly, at the time you didn't think of it as anything til you saw Beetlejuice.

You told Lydia you had to go and you left off to Beetlejuice.

But before you could, he possessed Claire.
