18- One Down Three to Go

You had finally finished your first year, which actually went by fast. But you needed a break, plus it was good to finally be able to come back home to Beetlejuice.

Candy wasn't very talkative today, which was weird for her. You put it aside you as you helped your family friends unpack your room to go home.

"Okay, I think that's the last of it... I'll see you when you get home." You waved to your dad's friend as he drove off.

Candy walks out of the door without a smile on her face which was surprising.

"Hey Candy, what'd the matter?"

"Oh, well uh you know I can t lie" she said as she scratched the back of her head "but well, I told my parents I was gay and they won't talk to me"

Your smile faded along with Candy's. Sometimes you couldn't stand to see her like this, your poor Lil bean.

"Hey it'll be alright, we'll keep in touch this summer" you softly smiled trying to cheer her up.

"Yeah you're right, anyways I should go"

You both waved and you called Beetlejuice to bring you home. You got all settled back in when your dad's friend got back from your campus.

"God I missed home, I missed my room, I missed you!" You ran in Beetlejuice's arms.

"Missed you too ba-" he tried to say before he was cut off by your ringtone.

"Hey, what's up?"

Candy just cried not being able to say a word.

"M-my parents k-kicked me out" she said calming down a bit.

"Oh Candy, do you need a place to stay" you said with a frown

"Well, I'd hate to bother you th-"

"Beetlejuice tp Candy here" you cut her off.

"What the hell does to me-"

"God teleport, have you ever played Minecraft."

All the sudden Candy appeared as you went in and hugged her.

"Awe, it's gonna be alright Candy you won't bother me"

"She's gonna bother me" Beetlejuice said from the other end of the room.

"Nobody asked you" you looked over at him.

"Come on, I can show you around." You let go of her and started to walk around" we can fix up the spare bedroom once I get paid"

She smiled while Beetlejuice wasn't having it, jelous again.

'jeez I can't even have friends?' you thought as you showed Candy around.

"Okay so like this was my parents bedroom and stuff, but we'll redo it" you said going upstairs and turning twords the door.

You opened it up to a room with white accents but the walls a deep red, you never had a good feeling about this room. It was always so dark and erie.

"Yeah, we'll need to redo it" she laughed as you closed the door.

"So I'm guessing your parents didn't let you get your belongings?"

"No... And I'll get a job and help around don't worry" she tried to reassure you.

"And what do u get in this?" Beetlejuice said behind you.

"When did I ever say you get anything, you didn't get kicked out." You bluntly stated and turned back to Candy. "So for now you have to stay on the couch."

"Where am I sleeping?"

"With me, where else?" You said a little more annoyed in his attitude.

"About time sweetheart" he winked.

You rolled your eyes as you you told everyone to get reader for bed. You sore a Gorillaz t shirt and a pair of shorts. Love Gorillaz, don't judge me.

You threw yourself on your bed tiredly and wrapped your arms around Beetlejuice.

"What's with you and Candy?" You said still holding onto him.

"What do you mean?"

"Why do you hate her so much?"

"I don't want her trying to get with you." He mumbled out.

"God can't I have one friend, she's not gonna try and get with me." You sighed "I love you"

"Love you too." He whispered back.

And you two fell asleep.
