The Night that Everything Changes:

C: I have been wanting to ask you this since the day I met you.

Y: Yeah?

C: You are so gorgeous and you are an amazing girl. These past two months have been so much fun. All I want to know is...

Y: *starts to shake with excitement* yeah?

C: *stutters* Wi- will you be mine?

I ran up and hugged Colby and I replied with "yes". He hugged me back and then we danced the rest of the night away. Everyone clapped and they were excited!
K: YAYY WE HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS FOR A WHILE!
D: YEAH WE HAVE!

The party was over and we were all cleaning up. We all went and showered and were starting to get ready for bed. I put on some shorts and Colby's hoodie and I put my hair up in a messy bun. Colby got into the shower and I went downstairs to get something to drink. I went back to our room and I sat on our bed and played on my phone, wrapped up in my blanket. He came out of the bathroom and my jaw dropped.

C: Y/N? Might want to close your mouth unless you're hungry for bugs.

Y: *closes mouth and smiles* Touche.

He came over to the bed and lay down beside me. He looked at me as he did the night we first slept in the same room, the same bed.

C: So have you had the best birthday ever?

Y: The best I've ever had.

C: *smirks* Oh yeah, why's that?

Y: Well: I got to hang out with all my friends, I got to dance my a** off, and last but the best, you are now my boyfriend.

C: I am so glad you said yes.

Y: I am so glad you asked.

We both laugh and I lay my head on his chest. He wraps his arms around me and I feel safe. I fall asleep. Man, today has been the best day ever.
