Cheryl was driving us to the movies. I told her to go there first as I got Veronica and Betty setting something up somewhere else. Veronica was messaging me.

"What's going on T, you're never this attracted to your phone," as we got out of the car.
"I'm not I'm just excited that I'm on a second date with you," I said smiling. She grabbed my hand as we walked inside. I went to grab the popcorn and the ticket and Cheryl grabbed the drinks. I didn't tell her what movie we were watching so I went and got the tickets. I got the tickets and went to find Cheryl. She was sitting down.
"There you are," she said getting up. "What movie are we seeing?"
I nodded, "You have to wait and see," I said smirking. She looked at me confusedly. We went into the theatre and sat down. I didn't tell her what movie it was. When the movie started to play she knew exactly what it was. Her favourite movie. Five Feet Apart.
"Are kidding me, is this still out," I smiled. "You're the best," she said kissing my cheek.
Halfway through the movie, my phone vibrated. I looked at it and it was Veronica. I quickly checked the message.

Veronica's all set. Cheryl looked over to me, "Is everything okay?"
"Yeah it was just Toby checking in on me," I said to her looking back at the screen.
For the rest of the movie, I saw that Cheryl had her eye on me. I message Veronica telling her we are on our way.
