Chapter 23 -It was about you-

(Toni's POV)

Why would I do that? None of the was Cheryl's fault. Why would I let a silly dream get in between our relationship? "Cheryl please just come out, I'm sorry. Okay, I didn't mean it," I banged on the bathroom door. She just kept ignoring me. "Please baby. Just let me talk to you," I cried out. I sat down on Cheryl's bed waiting for her to come out. I looked at the clock beside her bed it was 3:00 PM. Do I leave her alone? Do I go home? Or do I wait for her mum to come home? It's her birthday though. 

After about 15 minutes Cheryl finally opened the door. I stood up really fast nearly giving me whiplash, "I'm so sorry Cher," I could see the face was red from crying. How could I make her feel so bad it was all my fault. I'm so stupid. "I'm sorry for what I said. I wasn't thinking straight. I didn't mean to yell at you," I said moving closer to her. She didn't say anything, "I was mad. I had this weird dream last night and it felt so real."

She moved closer to me, "What happened in this dream?" she whispered.

"It was about you." I took a breath, "You were up in your bedroom talking to someone and I didn't know who it was. I could hear you talking to someone and when I went up to listen I heard was this person asked about me and you said you didn't care about me but you were in love with someone else," a tear fell down my cheek as I lowered my head, "And when I opened the door I saw you kiss and this person kiss. It was you and Heather," I began to sob. Why am I crying? It was just a dream. Cheryl would never cheat on me would she? 

She pulled me into a hug, "Oh, honey, you know I would never do that to you, I love you and only you. You know that. See, see this ring you put on my finger. This, I promised I would love you forever. Okay," she kissed my forehead.

"I know, I was just scared," I muttered in her shirt. We pulled away from the hug, 

"You still tired?" I just nodded.

She pulled the sheets from the bed and let me in first I laid on my back as she moved over to my body and put her head on my chest as I wrapped my hand around her waist and adjusted to make us feel more comfortable. I felt her breathing going up and down as her breathing pattern changed I could tell she was nearly asleep, "I love you so much," I whispered into her hair.

"I love you more." I heard her mumble under breath. I smiled and fell asleep. 

--4:00 PM--

(Cheryl's POV) 

I woke up before Toni and watch her sleep before waking her. She's so beautiful. How did I get this lucky?

She opened one eye, "You know I can see you staring at me,' she whispered.

"I'm admiring my beautifully, hot girlfriend," I grinned. 

"I'm sorry about before. I know you would never do that to me. Like out of everyone in the world you choose me. Like literally everyone in the world is in love with you," she said.

"Yeah but I'm only in love with one person. You," I kissed her lips. She rolled over and now was on top of me. She started to kiss my neck but I stopped her, "My mum's going to barge in here soon for dinner so I recommend not to start anything," I said rolling her off me. She just pouted, "I'm going for a shower. Your welcome to join me," I got up and winked at her. She quickly jumped off the bed and ran to the bathroom. 

I just laughed, "Get your ass in the shower Blossom," she grabbed my arm and pushed me into the bathroom. 

After a very steamy shower, we both got out and wrapped ourselves in towers headed back into the bedroom. I locked the bedroom door as we started to get dressed. I wore my new skirt and top and found my red heels in my closet. Toni wore what she bought today but wore one of my black tops under her see-through tops. She then added her boots and we were both ready. I grabbed her hand and lead her downstairs. Archie was already down here and was watching T.V. My mum, on the other hand, was finishing dinner as we walked down, she put 4 plates of pasta on the table. Archie moved from the couch to the table as me and Toni also sat down. My mum put the salad on the table and sat down at the table with us. 

"Dinner looks lovely, Ms Blossom," Toni smiled at my mum.

"Please, Toni. I've told you many times call me Penelope. Ms Blossom makes me sound old," she laughed as we all joined in with her. The whole dinner we laughed shared funny and embarrassing memories and stories about me. The dinner went smoothly and great. The food my mum made was delicious. When the dinner finished I told Toni and Archie to go to the lounge room. Archie put his arm around Toni's shoulder and dragged her to the couches. I smiled at them loving that my brother and girlfriend are getting along so well.  I walked back into the kitchen and started to help my mum clear the table, "Toni is a very nice girl Cheryl, you better no hurt her," my mum whispered, "Or I will murder you," she winked. 

"Calm down you know I won't," I laughed at her. We finished putting the dishes away.

"What did Toni get for your birthday?" my mum turned to me.

I smiled. I showed her my mum my hand that had the ring that Toni gave to me.

"Oh my god Cheryl, that's beautiful. That would have cost her a lot," my mum smiled. She hugged me. We walked into the lounge room seeing Archie and Toni watching a football game that was on T.V. I sat down next to Toni as my mother sat on the empty chair beside Archie. I put my feet up and curled next to Toni. After about an hour my mum went to her bedroom to go to bed. I was lying on Toni's lap when I started to yawn. 

"You tired?" Toni whispered to me. I nodded. I got off of Toni. 

"Arch, We're going to bed," I said giving him a kiss on the cheek. He nodded. Toni got up from the couch and I took her hand and we walked upstairs. We walked inside my bedroom and closed the door. Toni walked to my drawer and grabbed a pair of shorts, a tank top and a pair of long socks. I grabbed her well my jumper with 'T.TOPAZ' on it and my short. We changed our clothes and jumped on the bed. Again she laid down and I laid my head on her chest, "Goodnight," I whispered.

"Goodnight, baby," she kissed my head, "Love you," 

"Love you too," I smiled digging my head into her chest. Soon enough we were both asleep.
