Hailey's POV

"You sent the texts already?" I ask Mitch from the phone

"Hold on, we need to save the best for last" I already know what he meant by that and I roll my eyes

"Well hurry up" I end the call and continue on eating popcorn from my pink bowl that I ever so love

My phone rings three minutes later and the name Target Asshole is flashed on the screen. Finally! "Tyler?" I pretend to sound tired

"Hailey? Hey, where are you?" I can hear car horns and the wind, which meant that he was already on the way here

"Why? What's wrong? You seem funny" I pretend to actually care, which I don't. Pfft, why care for a target who will be dead soon?

"I just need to talk to you, please" he sounded serious and worried

"I'm at home" I answer back simply

"Okay, get ready. I'm coming to pick you up. Be there at 5" I shrug and lie on the couch as if I don't care but I have to pretend I do

"What? Why? Tyler, what's wrong?" I pretend to sound worried but if he can see my face right now? It shows boredom

"No time to talk, princess. Now end the call if you don't want me to crash" I felt a small tingle to the fact that he called me princess but it might just be too much popcorn

Well then crash, idiot. I could care less. I wanted to say that but I had to go undercover

"What?! Tyler, be care-!" he ends the call without another word and without even letting me finish. Rude.

Well then, no time to get ready. I'm wearing a blue cami top paired with white shorts and some flats. My hair tied in a bun. I continue to eat but the I hear a knock on a door that was really loud and irritating, followed by my name "Hailey! Hailey! Hailey, open the door!" Annoying, much? I open the door to see him look tired

"Let's go" he suddenly pulls my arm but I resist

"Tyler! Tyler, what's wrong?" I act all scared and worried

"Hailey, please. We need to go" my eyes softened at the memory. My mother told me that before the day of her death. But I have to fight that memory of hers, I need to focus on what is happening now. Being so caught up to myself, I look back at Tyler who is now staring at my legs. Damn men who loves seeing legs.

"Eyes up here" I lift his chin to which he responds with a shy blush

"Let's just go, I'll explain later" I finally agree and head to the motorcycle to which he hands me a helmet and I put it on but struggle to lock it below.

He turns and help me but his fingers brush against my neck and I tense and the feeling. He finally locks it and all I can muster is a small thank you and he nods awkwardly in respond. "Hold on" he says and I do as told, holding on to him and I feel the hard chest. He revs the engine and I can't help but scoff from his ego and I can see a small smirk from the side mirror. When he starts driving around in 84 kph, I start holding on tighter, my hands on his chest. I can feel his heart thumping crazy. Maybe it's the adrenaline rush of this ride.

He takes me to the cabin we once followed and we stop right on the clearing where the cabin is. "What is this place?" I ask as we stop and we both climb down

"Come on" he helps me unclip my helmet and he does his own. I look around and see the broken camera's that we installed. They know we're after them, but they don't know they're bringing in the leader
