Hailey's POV

"Fight, Hailey! Fight!" Mitch shouts from outside the ring as I try to punch harder on Jason but he kept blocking every punch I try to land on him

"Get your head in the game, Alpha! Forget every pain, every fear, think about what you want!" I get to punch him in the face but he quickly recovers

"Do not hesitate! No mercy!" I can suddenly hear my father's voice instead of Mitch's

"Do not be weak! Weakness shows cowardliness, you do not want them to hurt you!" he shouted as I kept punching as if my life depends on it

"Feelings will not stand in your way! Fear, pain, and the past will not be a wall that blocks your path!" I shouted out loud and dropped on my knees as I feel the pressure on me

"Hey, are you okay?" Jason immediately help me but I wave him off

"Yeah, yeah. Let's continue" I stand up

"Are you sure?"

"We can rest if you want--" I stop Mitch midway from his sentence "No, I need to do this. Let me do this" I see him with pleading eyes but I force him and so we are back on our feet

"Make him suffer, show your wrath" I punch harder than ever before, I ignore the pain in my knuckles as I feel it being injured

"This is your mission. He is your mission" by this time I am nearly having him cornered

"He is your pain, destroy it" with one last blow he sits, obviously tired and I pant from all the workout we have been doing

"And you will never have to face him again" Mitch says his lasts words before nodding to me proudly and walking over to the table to hand me my bottled water

I drink the entire content and walk over to Jason, helping him stand back up. "Thanks for training me" I smile to him and Mitch as we both exit the ring

"Oh don't thank me yet, Alpha. We still have more to do" I nod and tell them that I will get changed for wherever we are going because I'm sweaty as hell right now

I've been training for two weeks straight. I refuse to rest when I can't fulfil the given task. They taught me not to panic under pressure, how to handle an injury, how to disassemble and assemble a darn gun, throw knives, fight better, hack, etc.

Somehow I feel unworthy of being a leader

Now the guys are planning to take me at the woods where they hid a mini shooting range to practice my shooting skills. I won't say that I am good but good enough. We will end that darn gang once and for all, face to face. I will never back out again.

"Hey, Alpha! We need you to do something" Louis knocks on my door and I open the door

"Sure, what is it?" lately I have agreed to everything they asked me to do because it either benefited me or the team

"Follow me" he takes me to a basement that seemed so dark and dirty that it would be fit for a horror film

They made me sit on a chair and tied me up. Not to forget I had to use make up to make fake bruises and scars. And I have to say that I did good on it. They place a cloth on my mouth and there they start calling Tyler

I know, it's a big leap they're taking but I trust them

They made sure that they're using a ghost sim so that they couldn't track the caller.
