The Hitman's Daughter | Chapter 12

Hailey's POV

"Hey!" Julie runs up to me as I walk out of the school

"Hi!" I stop so she can catch up to me

"Are you going to the party later?"

"There's a party?" how come I didn't know!

"Yeah, it's Big Jack's birthday today and he just rented a whole Disco Bar!" Big Jack is our schools bad boy, aside from Tyler since he keeps a lowkey profile

"I'm not sure, I still have this art project due next week and..." she goes in front of me and stops me

"No, stop. You are coming with me and that's an order" well, okay

She starts pulling me to her car "I don't think that partying with a new friend that I don't completely know is a good idea"

"Oh, stop it. It's not like I'm one of those crazy ass stuck up girls" she says in a disgusted voice as we both sit in her car

She took me to her house, claiming that she will make me look flawless. Especially after telling her about what I heard about my supposed boyfriend. She says that she is sure that he will be there so she has to make me look like he made a big mess. I look good though, I'm wearing a golden dress that only has one strap and a flowy bottom that end by my upper thigh. Then she made me wear heels that are to high for my liking, I might just sprain my foot just by trying to walk

Then she styled my hair with a half ponytail but making it look messy and then curled my hair. My makeup is simple but elegant and it finished the whole look. As for Julie, she rocked the black dress and pumps

"Are you sure about this?" I look at my reflection once more

"Trust me! Now we better leave if we want to eat pure clean food" she pulls my hand as we both walk back to the car and onto the bar

This is going to be a loooong night

Tyler's POV

"Hakuna matata! What a waffles and fries!" The drunk birthday boy sings and everyone sings along with him and Hailey and I'm guessing her friend sings along too

Hailey called me earlier, she seemed drunk and she told me to pick her up. I didn't go to the party since I was thinking about what made her mad and ignore me. I waited for her to come back but she never did. I fell asleep on the hotel lobby waiting for her. Until she called me in 3 in the morning and when I heard the party, I already knew where she was

"Its wobble and flip, you idiot!" her friend sways towards Hailey and slings her arms around Hailer, barely maintaining balance

There are neon lights everywhere and the music is blaring loud. The whole place is packed with a drunk if a mess college students. There is even one who went up the table and threw her bra to the crowd

"Happy birthday to moooo!" everyone shouts and chugs, including Hailey

I try to make my way around the crowd but I can already see Hailey watching her friend trip and sit on her butt while laughing

"Ha! You *burp* tripped!" she laughs before helping her but instead they both fall on the ground

Maybe I should watch them for a bit more

"Julie! We need to" Hailey giggles before continuing "We need to go gnome!" she wiggles her finger to Julie

"Home you idiot!" they both laugh, obviously drunk

"Oh yeah!" she laughs and then frowns while looking down at her mouth and sticking her tongue out

"What are you diddling!" Julie shouts at him

"I'm licking my tongue!" I watch them with amusement on my face

"Ooh! Fun!" her friend follows her and starts trying to lick their tongue

Hailey suddenly goes up the bar and take two bottles in her hands and opens them. She stumbles upwards making everyones attention towards her

"Who's ready to farty?" she shouts and I'm pretty sure she meant party but that will work

Everyone shouts with her and the dj changes the song into No More Sad Songs by Little Mix and Hailey pretends and tries to act like the girls dancing on the bar in the music video. She kept swaying her hips and from up there I can see how beautiful the dress looked in her although she looked pretty messed up

A guy climbs over and holds her waist and starts grinding himself on her and I feel my blood boil, making my way to the bar to beat the shit out of the guy. Hailey pushes him off and slap him but then slips and falls, I run up to her and swiftly catching her in my arms

"Tyler! Meet Julie!" I was still carrying her when Julie suddenly stumbles onto me and leans on my shoulders

"Hailey! Is this Tylie poo?" she waggles her finger onto me and I cringe at my supposed nickname

"Let's get you both home" I mumble and sling Julie's arm around me and start walking with Hailey in my hands.

Julie dropped dead asleep on the back seat and I took Hailey on the front seat and buckling her in. I feel like a mother of two drunk daughters and I really regret making my mom handle me when I was drunk

She was silent and asleep as I drive on the way back to the hotel. I'll just book a room for Julie since I can't wake up Hailey right now or she might get mad

I hear her mumbling and I try to listen closely "Who the hell is the girl they were saying?"

I wonder if that had a connect to her anger towards me...

"Tyler can't be with another girl, he's supposed to be mine" she mumbles once more and I look at her in confusion, with another girl?

"Baby, what are you saying?" I ask her

"I heard, you were with another girl" she looks at me but she seemed a bit sober which is impossible because right now she looks like she has no idea what she is saying right now

"Baby, I wasn't with another girl. The only girl I was with today is my cousin who came for a visit, you, and Julie" I tell her and she tenses a bit, maybe she thinks that my cousin is another girl

She didn't answer, instead she started snoring. I park right in front of the hotel and I carry her friend first to a room near ours. I came back to Hailey who is already deep in sleep. I head to our hotel room with Hailey when she finally wakes up and holds her mouth, stopping a vomit

I run her straight to the bathroom as she leans over to the toilet and barfs. I hold her hair back at pat her back as she tries to remove all the alcohol in her body. I don't know if thats how it works though

She finally finishes and I grab a towel from the hotel and help her stand up and sit back on the bed. "I can't believe I'm even doing this" she face palms herself

"What do you mean?" I kneel down in front of her but she keeps avoiding contact

"I'm sorry, I don't know what to say" she starts to break down

"Shh, don't cry baby" I hug her but she pushes me away

"No, don't do this please. This is just making it worse" she walks away to the window

"What is? I don't understand you" I watch as she wipes a tear from her face and soon turns to me and my heart breaks from how hard she is crying

"I don't want to do this" she takes her gun from under her dress and points it at me

"Forgive me"

And I'm sorry if this chapter is not as good as expected because it's literally 1am and i'm a good girl so i cant say up that late (ehem ehem). soooo... im gonna go to sleep (and by sleep i mean netflix and chill)
