The Hitman's Daughter | Chapter 11

Hailey's POV

Me and the gang are sitting on the living room in Tyler's father's house. And it looks like an elegant hotel and I am not joking. Tyler went up to his father and his assistant looked at me like I was an ugly insect.

"Miss Watsons, Tyler asked me to call you up" the assistant calls me and I gulp

"Is that a good sign?" I ask the others and they all stay silent, but Jimmy is shaking his head

"Miss Watsons he wants you up there now" Well, jeez. What's got your panties in a twist?

I walk up the long staircase and walk down the hallway and into the last room. Lord, please be with me

I enter the room and it looks like a large office. A man, who I think is Tyler's father, sits behind the desk and Tyler is sitting across him. I sit beside Tyler and the door slams shut making me jump in surprise.

"You think they're after her?" ouch, doesn't mean I'm ugly means that they won't actually hurt me. Well actually whatever I look, they will go after me because, you get it no need to explain

"Hi sir, I'm Hailey" I smile and he looks at me but dismisses me as if I don't matter

"I can't believe you are going to switch base just for her" no wonder why Tyler hates his guts, he is a big jerk. Maybe that's where Tyler got it though

"Dad, you can't talk to her like that. We just need to stay there till we figure out what to do with the rival gang that is after us" well what they don't know is that this gang is actually an agency

"It's easier to just get rid of her so you won't have a problem" he's talks as if I'm not right in front of him. Open your damn eyes you old man

"No, she stays with me" he holds my hand and his fingers lightly brush my upper thighs making me a bit stiff

"Wha- Don't tell me you have feelings for her?" his dad laughs and I have to admit, he's been hurting me for the duration that I've been here. I swear if I wasn't undercover, I would've knocked the living light out of him

"Dad, all I'm asking is permission to the base not criticism over my girlfriend" his dad raises a brow at him and looks at me

"Well, okay then, you have my permission. Now go before I change my mind" Jerk

Tyler and I leave without another word and head to my house which is surprisingly just a seven minute drive away from the jerk of a dad's home. Jason passed by my house to leave clothes so I can take it there. And thank you Jason for giving me good clothes. Although he also packed me some underwear and bra so I wonder if he became a pervert about it

The new base isn't really that bad. I mean, the location was pretty secure. And I mean really hidden and secure. Turns out that Tyler's father owned tons of hotels and the bade is hidden below it. We have to go inside room 235 and pull the wall lantern down and the bed will turn into a staircase down. I know, it's sorcery

There's more room down there actually, it's like a hidden house or something. There are hallways that goes for so long. But I can't really tell much because it's just like any other. Now I finally have my own room and my own privacy. Time check, it's 7:45 and I have school tomorrow so... Amen

"Tyler, let's go!" We're late for school. Unfortunately, neither of us set our alarm so we only have ten minutes left to go to school. The others go to different schools since they took different courses.
