Once I got into the house both Jack and Lincoln were looking at me.
"How was work daddy?" Lincoln asked me
"It was okay, Jack can I talk to you?" I asked
"Lincoln go upstairs in your room please" Jack says
I looked at Jack like I was about to scream and cry at the same time.
"Oh geez what happened" Jack says and came up and hugged me.
"It's Sam! He's tough on me even though he's my brother" I say
We walked to the living room and sat on the sofa.
"I know he's tough on you your siblings" Jack says rubbing my back.
"I don't think I wanna be a dental assistant anymore" I say quietly
"It's your choice Chip" jack says
"I want a different career" I say
"Like what kind of career" jack asks
"Like a laboratory technician for a dentist" I say
"Well... you'll have to talk to sam about that" jack says
"Yea I'll talk about it Tommorow" I say
*the next day*
After dropping off Lincoln off at school I headed off to Sam's clinic. I was not late today.
I went in and clocked in I saw a new face. "Uh hello" I say
"Hi" the young man asked
Sam came through and said "oh Chip this is our new receptionist Alexander" sam said pointing to the new man
Alexander looked up and chuckled. "Oh so your Sam's assistant Chip?"
"Well yes I am we are actually brothers" I say
"Oh so your both Dr. Winston's aye" Alexander laughs
Me and Sam looked at each other
"Sam I got to talk to you in private" I say
"Okay shall we go to my office or our office" sam says as he led the way to his office and got in
"Well I have been thinking of a different profession" I say
"Like what kind" sam says as he sits comfortably in his office chair
"Like a dental laboratory technician" I say
"You know what's gonna take more schooling" sam said
"I'm willing to go to school for that" I say and crossed my arms across my chest.
"Well what am I gonna do about an assistant" he says while getting up from his chair and walking toward me and looking at me.
"Get Josh or Train Alexander" I say
"Yea right I want you to stay as my assistant" sam says
"No I wanna be a dental laboratory technician even if it's at another dentist away from you" I growl
Sam rolled his eyes. " fine go right ahead I won't stop you. You can be ours if you really wanted too"
"I don't know I wanna small break from you" I said as I walked out of his office and out the front doors.
I got in my car and drove off. I went home and got in and slammed the door as I went in the house I went to my bedroom and changed.
I was really frustrated with Sam.
I went back downstairs and chilled on the couch watching stranger things
