Jack woke up to me looking at them. "That's so freakin adorable jack" I chuckled
"Yes I know so how was work" jack says getting up and lying Lincoln on the couch.
"Well it was good but guess what?" I asked
"What is it honey?" Jack asked me kissing me on the cheek.
"Your mom was at the office" I chuckled
"Are you serious" Jack chuckles
"And Sam came in" I say
"And?" Jack says
"Gave her his phone number" I said starting to laugh.
"So sam has a little crush" jack chuckled
"I guess so" I say
We put Lincoln to bed after dinner. Then me and jack took a shower together. Then brushed our teeth and flosses while keeping a close eye on Jack. Then went to bed
SHELBY POV
Sam gave me his phone number. He was my crush since school.
So I've decided to text him.
Me: hello Sam it's me Shelby
S: oh hey Shelby how are you?
Me: I'm fine just bored
S: yea same just gave to finish with this important paperwork
Me: sounds fun, so why did you give me your phone number?
S: because I have a crush on you that's why
Me: (blushing emoji) Oh yea same I crushed on you in high school
S: that's interesting, we'll do you wanna meet up sometime?
Me: sure that will be fun
S: I'll pick you up around 7 tommorow night
Me: sounds good see you then ;)
End of texting
Holy Crap he has a crush on me and we are going out tomorrow night holy shit!!
I went upstairs and got ready for bed brushing my teeth and everything then went to my room
And fell asleep after reading the novel I was reading.
THE NEXT DAY (SHELBY POV)
I woke up it was a nice sunny day and today was my date with Sam!
I got out of bed and took a nice hot shower lathering myself in floral body wash and strawberry shampoo and conditioner
I got a t shirt and shorts on and watched some Netflix till it was time to get ready.
5:45 PM
I turned off the tv them headed to my bedroom to pick out my outfit. I wore a white ruffled shirt and acid washed jeans. I braided my hair in a loose braid then spraying hairspray. Then I brushed my teeth. I looked at myself in the mirror... I couldn't really see how Sam liked me but I think I am kind of cute.
I headed downstairs and got my boots on.
6:30 PM
I just scrolled through social media on my phone while I waited for Sam to show up.
I had a crush on him since high school he was a hot guy I thought
20 minutes later I heard a doorbell
It was Sam....
