Sometimes....it hurts.

"Here goes." Erin looks into her bathroom door, keeping the door locked the whole time.

She breathes deep and turns the  test right side up. She closes her eyes taking another big breath. She opens them and looks down. Seeing a positive result. She starts to cry and cry throwing the test to the mirror.

She goes into Camille and Hanks room and grabs another test she had found. She takes the test and gets another positive answer. She cries even more as she sits on her bed. The clock read 8:01 school had just  started. She heard her phone buzz and it read Jay. She declined fast because at that point she didn't care. She grabbed her car keys making everybody think she was going to school. But she wasn't she was going to a clinic to find the truth. Sometimes the tests lie.

An hour later.

The test confirmed she was pregnant.

She decided she did wanna keep it. She was a senior, 17 years old but she wanted her baby to have a mom. But what about the dad? Jay.

He didn't know yet, she was so nervous to tell him. But no matter what he said she was gonna keep the baby. She got a text from Thea that said she wasnt gonna be there. So Erin went to school and everybody could tell she was pregnant. Nobody cared. The principal told her she could take her books into the library and work there for the day. She didn't wanna be around anyone.

She opened her English book and felt like she couldn't even focus when she opened it. She sighed and touched her stomach she looked up and put a little smile on her face thinking of all the possibilities. Almost day dreaming.

"Erin?" She heard someone say. She looked up to see Kelly standing there.

"Hi."

"What are you doing in here?" He asked sitting down.

"Thinking I guess."

"About what?"

She paused "Well I'm pregnant."

"Oh oh wow are you-"

"I'm keeping it." She said nodding her head.

"How is Jay taking it?"

"You're the first person."

"Wow."

"I should go." Erin said getting up from her chair, closing all her books. She walked away as Kelly watched her.

"Erin!"

"Sorry Kel please don't say anything." She walks away.

She knows she needs to tell Jay but she wasn't ready so she called Thea. She needed to tell her at least.

"Hey!" Thea said answering the phone excitedly.

"Hey T."

"Sorry I wasn't there but you wanna hang tonight? Go to a party grab a beer?" Thea said sounding happy.

"Um T I gotta tell you something."

"Oh that doesn't sound good."

"I'm pregnant." Erin says starting to cry.

"What?" Thea says getting ready to drive to the school.

"Im having a baby T and I'm keeping it." Erin says crying even more as she walks outside.

They hang up as Erin keeps crying. "I'm so scared. I'm so scared." She says aloud to herself.

"Erin?" She hears someone say.

Jay.

"Why are you scared?" He asks her.

Erin cries even more looking at Jay.

They were gonna be parents.
