"I don't know Jonah, I can't get Lexi back and if you really love her that much then maybe you can just-" "no, Jack. She's my best friend and only that. She still loves you and is still trying to get over the break up, the best I can do is be there for her right now, plus, I could never make her as happy as you did" I sighed. "No Jonah, that's where you're wrong, yeah I sometimes made her smile and laugh. But you make her happy. Truly happy, that night you held her close and told her everything was okay and rocked her back and forth until she fell asleep, because of me, that night is when I realized you were the best thing for her" Jack paused.
"Then the next day, her birthday when you two were outside in the backyard all day, sitting, talking, laughing, chasing each other around, her smile was real, and so was yours, then there was the day you serenaded her when I bailed on her to go hangout with Rebecca, and you made a little surprise in the back of the truck for her, I see all of this stuff, I see how happy you're making her, and tonight. I understand why you blew up" Jack looked at me.
"You haven't told her you loved her because of fear at first, then it was because of Tate, and now it's because of me. I don't want to be the reason you and Lexi never become a couple" Jack sighed. I looked at him. "Jack, that's what bestfriends are for. To put a real smile on each other's faces, and that's what Lexi and I did. But when we both said I love you, the difference was I meant it" I tried not to cry. Jack looked at me.
I looked at him, waiting for him to say something. "Are you sure you don't want to be with Lexi?" he asked. I looked at him. "No Jack, of course not" I shook my head. "Just best friend's" I stood up and bro hugged him. "Thanks for not blowing up on me again" Jack hugged me back. "No problem" I smiled. We headed back to the bunks. The guys looked at each other then looked at us.
"Yes, we're ok" I laughed. "Alright good, video games?" Corbyn asked. "You guys go ahead, I'm tired" I shrugged. The guys nodded and left the back. I crawled onto my bunk and wrapped myself in the blanket.

Jack left to check on Jonah and said he'd be back tomorrow. It was NOT a mistake coming here. Jack told me this room costs $500, the other one costs $400 and my plane ticket to Georgia was $100. I'm gonna go to a bar. I got ready

I left the building. I hailed a taxi and told them to bring me to *where ever tf a bar is* The entire ride there, I just looked out the window. "A lot on your mind kiddo?" The man asked. "Nope, just excited to go clubbing" I smiled. The man chuckled. We reached the bar, I paid him the $30 and got out of the car. I'll hail another one to get back to the hotel. I walked into the bar and sat at a table. I saw a group of really hot guys drinking and playing pool.

"Lexi, what are you doing here?" I heard Zach ask. My breath caught. I opened my eyes and saw Lexi standing there. I jumped off of my bunk and hugged her tightly. "I missed you too bub" she smiled. A minute or so later, we pulled away. "I came to give this to Jack since I know Rebecca won't pay him back" Lexi pressed her lips together. She handed Jack a stack of money. "Wait what? You came here just to give me money?" Jack asked. "Yeah I'm going home tomorrow" Lexi nodded. "Where are you staying?" Zach asked.
Lexi looked down at him. "I kind of just planned on driving around until it's time for my flight tomorrow" Lexi smiled pulling Zach up to his feet. "Hmmmm no, you should stay longer" Corbyn begged clinging onto her leg. "Guys.." Lexi looked at them. Daniel clung onto her leg, Zach grabbed her arm. "I don't even have anywhere to stay, that's why I'm leaving tomorrow" Lexi laughed. I crawled back on my bunk.
"Then you can stay on the bus with us!?" Zach exclaimed. All the boys but Jack nodded frantically. "I'm not sure Jack would like that, so I'll be on my way" Lexi cleared her throat looking Jack in the eyes. That stung Jack a little. "Jack please can we keep her!!!" Daniel looked at Jack and begged him. "Daniel stop, you guys are busy and I'm respecting that, I wasn't even suppose to be here in the first place, I just came to return the money Jack spent on Rebecca" Lexi shook her head.
All the guys sighed. "Fine, but the minute we get back from tour we're all hanging out got it?" Daniel stood up and hugged Lexi. "Okay" Lexi smiled. "I'm gonna miss you, again" Corbyn laughed hugging Lexi. "I'll miss you too bean" Lexi laughed. Zach just hugged Lexi tightly. "It's okay Zach" Lexi smiled hugging him. He soon pulled away and Lexi smiled at everyone.
Then she turned to leave. I heard the bus door shut but I felt something inside of me tell me not to let her go any further. I jumped off of my bunk and ran off the bus. I looked around and saw Lexi walking down the side walk getting ready to cross the street. I ran towards her. "Lexi!!" I called she didn't turn around, she began crossing the street without looking. It's pouring rain right now. "LEXI" I screamed noticing the truck heading her way. She turned around and I leaped forward and tackled her out of the way. Lexi looked at me and I stood up and pulled her back to the side walk.
"WHAT THE FUCK!" I screamed. "YOU COULD'VE JUST DIED" Lexi just stared at me, not knowing what to say. "I-I" she stuttered. She started crying, understandable because she almost died. I picked her up and wrapped her legs around my waist. All the guys looked at us confused as we walked onto the bus.
"Lexi will be staying with us for the rest of tour" I announced. "YAY but why?" Zach asked. "Because of events that just happened and me not being able to keep her safe if she's 1,946.8 miles away from me" I coughed. I carried her to the back and set her down on my bunk. Lexi sniffled and rubbed her nose. We're both soaked. I looked at Lexi and she looked at me, we both burst out laughing.
