Aizawa Shōta is an enigma to many people. He seemed to be a stoic man with little regard for his work, yet somehow managed to always be early and support his students. He was exactly the opposite of what you'd initially think.

Yasu Suzukaze was never one for social events. She preferred the calm quiet of her apartment and the comforting purr of her cat to sooth her nerves. She had entered her cousins place upon return from her patrol only to be met with a bunch of rowdy adults with nothing better to do on a Wednesday night. This lead to her being out on the street at two in the morning after her relative and his friends managed to fall asleep, that is, if knocking someone out cold counts as them falling sleep.
There was a month before classes at U.A began, and being an assistant teacher for a few classes, it was her foremost thought at the moment. Her schoolgirl days were far behind her, but Yasu couldn't help but smile at the thought of seeing her friends again and seeing all the new students. It was a bit depressing that she often took a whole day or even more to respond to messages, and she often skipped invitations, but the motivation to answer just never seemed to roll around.
Footsteps behind her alerted the female to be ever so cautious while walking home. It wasn't a bad area, but then again, that's never stopped anyone before. Taking a sharp right through a well illuminated street, Yasu chuckled. This person simply was not giving up. All she had to wait for was her queue- which she got almost immediately after the thought. A strong grip on her wrist twisted her around to face a man perhaps two decades older than she, with a dirty look to him. Honestly, she was about to offer this guy a shower because he was wildin on that grime.
"May I assist you in any way, sir?" Her lighthearted tone was often times mistaken for kindness. This seemed to be one of those situations.
"Well, miss... I saw you was walking 'round by yourself and I figured you would like someone to take you home, keep ya safe from anything that might try and pop out at ya. Looks like you's been in a situation already with all of them bandages."
Yasu grimaced, not only was his voice like chalk screeching on a chalkboard, but he was a bit rough too for someone pretending to be a nice guy.
"No thank you, I'm fine on my own, though I appreciate the offer."
The mans eyes seemed to darken as he tugged her closer to him,"I think you misunderstood me. I wasn't ask-" He was cut off with a swift punch to the face and a slightly exaggerated kneeing in the crotch.
"I think you mistook me for someone easy. You're lucky I'm too dead inside to care, but if I ever see you trying to harass someone again you're going to wish you weren't alive." Rolling her eyes, Yasu turned and continued to walk home, the mans painful groaning leaving the female feeling only slightly guilty. Her threats were often times not carried out, and she wasn't sure if she would've been able to go through with half of them, but sometimes all people need is a little fear to keep them in check.
Reaching her apartment a comfortable twenty minutes later, she sighed, smiling to herself as the smell of lavender hit her nose. She found it a bit odd that Mars, her fluffy golden cat, didn't greet her at the door. He always seemed to be awake at night, but she brushed it off, assuming it was just a long day for the feline and proceeded to lock the door behind her.
