Things were peaceful on that Thursday morning; Mars was sleeping atop Yasu, her succulent was just sitting on her table happily, and Aizawa was making pancakes. This last one baffled her particularly because at the moment she couldn't remember him coming over, and just assumed a stranger was in her kitchen. It lead to quite the hilarious situation.

Sliding off the couch silently, she crawled across the floor, crouching along the edge of the wall. Leaning so half of her face was revealed, she sent a weak beam of energy towards the figure in her kitchen, hoping to scare them away, at the last minute realizing who it was and the previous night's events.

"That does hurt a bit more than you would expect, you know." He glanced back at her, flipping a pancake without looking, and holding a deadpanned expression even more prominent than the one he always sported .

"Yeah, sorry about that... forgot you came in yesterday." Laughing, she got up, feeling quite self conscious of her actions and how much of a mess she probably still looked like. Then again he wasn't any better- though was that really a good excuse?

Looking around she spied about three already made, almost but not crispy pancakes on a plate, the one he was currently cooking seemingly the last one. She never had breakfast, and he knew that, so why he decided to make them she didn't know but also wasn't going to complain about it. Taking the two plates that were already out, she set them at her dining table, getting the utensils, syrup and sugar at the same time. Not even a few minutes later the always tired man walked out of the kitchen and set the food down.

"I was hoping you were going to say those were all for you but you've been quiet so I can assume otherwise. You know the only reason I'm going to eat them is 'cause I'll feel bad, right?" Taking two, she put a thick coat of syrup and sprinkled some sugar on the breakfast, the dead look in her eyes bringing slight amusement to the man when she stared at him.

Shrugging, Aizawa too put a little syrup and sugar on his pancakes, speaking up after his first bite. "Are you simply going to stare at me? I know I'm quite the sight but you have food in front of you." Pointing his fork at her accusingly, Yasu slumped down in her seat, begrudgingly cutting a piece and eating it.

The food certainly wasn't Gordon Ramsey worthy, but it wasn't bad either, at least under all the sugar. She hadn't realized how hungry she really was until that moment and was thankful though she'd never admit that out loud.

She still felt bad about causing her friend to worry so much, and was thinking of ideas to try and make it up to him. Of course, she would also apologize and try do something for Hizashi as well, but the woman wouldn't admit to herself that she just wanted to have an excuse to do things with Aizawa. Unable to form an excusable reason to invite him anywhere, she internally sighed.

'You can't win em all...'

Taking the dishes once finished, she cleaned and dried them, leaving them to the side, and turned to face her guest.
