Yasu was choked awake. Not by anyone or anything, but by her inability to complete human functions such as breathing properly. It was probably her body going into anaphylactic shock caused by sleep. (Please note the sarcasm here, lovely reader). After going so long without recovering the lost hours of sleep she'd racked up over the course of a few months, she crashed the night before. It was probably a good things seeing as they were doing rescue training today.

"Shota you can't tell me what to do! Just go home or walk around- whatever is is you planned on doing tonight." The woman was currently eating a taquito, biting into it aggressively to emphasize her point.

He simply took the plate before her tired brain cells could register what had happened. "Hm, you're always eating these, I wonder how good they are..." He bit one, chewing it slowly just to taint her. Meanwhile, she was still staring at her empty hands, unable to realize that her food was just stolen.

She looked up at him, eyes narrowed before getting up and holding her hand out, simply to be met by her plate being raised above her grasping level.

"Hey! Give. It. Back!" Her attempts at regaining possession of her taquitos was to no avail. Hope was lost. There was no reason to keep going on. Gotem, she wrapped blue energy around the plate and expanded it, so that his hands were forced away. She knew very well he couldn't stopped her if he really wanted to, but thankfully he let her finish the sacred food in peace. It was already relatively late, around nine, and she knew that he either had to take the train (if he could catch it) or walk. Preferably not the latter as she'd feel quite awful for making him walk all the way home.

Cleaning and returning the plate to its home in her cabinet, she fell on her couch, which rested against the wall separating the living room and the second room in the apartment. She went to reach for the TV controller, but her wrist was pulled away.

"Didn't I tell you to get some sleep?" He pulled her up from the seat, earning himself a few mumbled curses, and lead the slightly agitated woman to her bedroom.

"Yeah yeah, whatever hypocrite- you barely sleep too so I don't know why you're treating me like some dying flower."

"Yeah, that's gold coming from you. Just go to sleep." He gently brought her closer, his grip remaining secure around her wrist. "That way I can rest well at night, knowing you're ok..."

'Hmm yes yes, what a very convincing argument he brings... wow how stupid can I be, letting some man waver my opinions and judgements. Hn...'

She sighed, figuring she might as well take advantage of the hours left before school the next day. "Well for starters, I hate you, and to follow that up, I will go to sleep. But NOT because you asked, because I'm already tired."
