Last weekend, the day after my birthday, Zayn and I decided had our shopping trip from the weekend before. I bought more than I set out to, but that's just what happens when you let me shop.
We had a good weekend, all in all. Kisses, cuddles, laughs, food, everything a girl could need. I'm still sort of in awe that we kissed.I think Lou was right the whole time. He kept saying that I really liked Zayn, and that I just didn't want to admit it. That really was the case. I'm still scared to see what happens from here. I can't really predict what is next, in this chapter of life.
My phone starts to ring, shaking me from my thoughts. I groan, stretching to grab my phone from my table. Zayn's contact shows on the screen, so I swipe the screen to accept the call, and put the phone to my ear.
"Morning," Zayn chirps.
"Morning," I sigh heavily.
"I woke you up again, didn't I?" Zayn giggles.
"No, I was awake this time. I was just very comfortable in my bed."
"You'll be even more comfortable in my arms. I'll be over in ten. Pack bag for two nights too."
"Zayn, what-"
The line clicks, pissing me off slightly. Why can't he just explain? I roll out of bed, finding a random skirt and a black tank top. I wash my face quickly, and then start doing my makeup. I only put on a little BB cream and some eyeliner. I tie my hair into a high ponytail. I spray some of my Marc Jacobs perfume on my wrists and neck, before throwing that into a duffel bag.
There's a knock at the door of the apartment, which is most likely Zayn. I can hear Lou go to answer the door, so I start with finding clothes for tomorrow and Sunday. I guess you could say he's lucky I'm not working.
I can hear the boys get closer, before the door to my room is opened. Zayn strolls in, while Lou goes back to his room, probably to get ready for his workout.
"No need to rifle through it, angel," Zayn smiles. "We'll leave when you're ready."
"Where are we even going?"
"Bradford."
"We are going to Bradford on a motorcycle?"
"No, no, we are borrowing Lou's car," he giggles. "He's gonna take the bike for the weekend. Not like he uses his car much anyway."
"Yeah, I do all the shopping and shit while he sits at home."
"Anyway, yeah, so we are going to Bradford to see my friends and family."
"Why am I coming?"
"Because you can, and I want them to meet you."
"I'm awkward as fuck, though."
"Yeah, I know. But they'll love you regardless."
"Of course they will."
"Trust me. Don't pack a pyjama shirt, by the way."
"I'm gonna wear your shirt? At your parents house?"
"Yes, you are. 'Cause you're cute in my clothes."
"I'm always cute."
"I can agree with that."
I zip up my bag, throwing it across my body. I grab my denim jacket from a hook in my room, and slip on some wedge sneakers as we walk out.
"Bye Lou," I call.
He comes out of his room, hugging Zayn and I goodbye, then disappears again. As we progress out of the door, Zayn picks up his bag.
