Me and Cole we're outside waiting with the vipers. Cole does the same thing that he did at Stardale High.
He collects his work and goes to the newspaper room which is actually an old classroom. The Vipers also join in.
Cole had an arm wrapped around my waist which I found weird because he never does that but, then there was a lot of guys that weren't in our gang looking at me.
I mean no guy should be looking at me the way they are but, Coles and my gang knows better now. The bell rang and we all started walking towards the door.
As soon as I walked in there was spray paint everywhere and stuff like trash but, this felt normal to me unlike Stardale high which made me feel uncomfortable.
"Can I see your schedule?" Cole asked quietly. I handed him my schedule and he looked over it. "Let's go start collecting your work." He said quietly. I nodded as he led me around and we were collecting our work.
Then he led me to an empty classroom that had all kinds of student desks which our gang started to sit at. Cole led me to a desk that would be a teachers desk.
He even had brought in another office chair for me. We both started to work quietly while the other vipers talked and goofed around.
The door opened and someone walked in. "Miss. Black, I'm principal Eli Dale." He said. "Stardale highs principals brother?" I asked. He chuckled.
"Yeah but, my brother is a douche." He said. "Agree." I said. "Yeah. I saw you were transferred here from there but, I don't understand why. Unless it's because your apart of a gang. I don't mind about gangs. My brother does." He said.
"A kid started a fight with me and I fought back in self defense. Mr.Dale even witnessed it and still said I started it. So he expelled me for four months. I personally think it's because I am apart of a gang." I said.
"Probably. My brother thinks they are the bad guys. My school students are better then his. His are high maintenance and bullying is constantly happening. Here there is fights but, what do you expect. There is gang rivals." He said.
"Yeah." I said. "Well I wish you a good day." He said. I nodded and started working. "I think that's the most words he has said." Cole whispered in my ear. I chuckled and looked at him.
"You don't have to whisper." I said quietly. "Alright." He said. "Yeah. Okay." I said. He raised a brow at me and I looked at him.
"Raising a brow ain't going to answer any questions C." I said. "Maybe." He said and his eyes fell on my cheek where my scar was so I covered it with my hair and looked away.
"Ash." He said quietly. I ignored and listened to our gang laugh and talk. "Ashleigh. Look at me." He said quietly. I did and I kept my cheek covered with my hair.
"You don't have to hide your scars from me. It's what makes you, you now. It shows what you've been through. It defines you by how strong you are. It's apart of you." He assured me. "It's just an eyesore." I said quietly.
He sighed and got up motioning for my hand. Tina looked at me and motioned me over. "Sorry. Can't." I said while passing him and crouching down my Tina's desk.
"Looked pretty heated there." She said quietly. I chuckled. "That's one way to put it." I said. "The jacket looks great on you. Goes well with the black and just you in general." She said.
