Gage

As I was walking into school this morning, all I could think about was yesterday.

Yesterday, after telling Amelia that she had me, I walked her home.

She hadn't responded verbally to what I had said, but she gave me that big cheesy grin that I found adorable, and that was how I knew that I had said the correct thing.

Today, I plan on asking Amelia out. Not in front of everybody, of course. I want it to be just us.

Of course, I will tell the guys at lunch because they are my best friends, but I don't really want the whole world knowing what is going on between Amelia and I.

Once I walked through the front doors, everyone's eyes were on me, but I paid them no attention and headed straight to my destination- Amelia's locker.

I leaned against it and waited for her to come in through the front doors. While I waited, I played this bubble pop game on my phone.

Pretty soon, I heard a gasp.

"Gage?" My baby girl questioned.

"The one and only, Angel," I responded with a smirk.

"What are you doing here?"

"Well, I wanted to ask you something". I quickly pulled out the now bent violets from my backpack.

So maybe that was not the smartest thing I have done, but I didn't want my mom knowing otherwise she would want all the details and I wanted to beat Amelia to school today.

"Angel, would you go on a date with me?" I asked her, hoping that a smile would form on her face, and praying she would say yes.

Instead I was graced with the biggest smile I have ever gotten from her, along with her nodding her head rapidly, signaling a yes to my question.

I quickly picked her up and spun her around in my arms, paying no mind to the people who were most likely watching.

"You've made me the happiest, Sweetheart," I whispered into her ear.

Soon enough, she was donning a blush on her pretty face.

She turned her head away while coughing lightly, while I chuckled at her cuteness.

I decided to check on the time to make sure that we still had some before class, and we did. I was curious to one thing though.

"Amelia, where is Morgan. I thought she was normally with you before school?"

I did not want Amelia being alone in this building especially with a wild Lauren on the loose and whoever was putting her in danger.

"Oh, I think Maddox texted her before school saying he wanted to show her something".

And that was when I heard the idiotic twinion himself start to say, "Yeah probably his di-", before I cut him off by smacking my hand over his mouth.

I did not need my Amelia hearing such vulgar things.

Once he stopped speaking, I smacked him on the back of his head.

"Ouch, what was that for Gagey, I swear I did nothing wrong," Jaxon stated while shaking his head.

I was ready to smack him on the back of the head, when I saw Lauren starting to approach.

I quickly grabbed Amelia's hand and started speed walking away, but not before yelling, "Have fun dealing with the wicked witch of the west, Jaxon!"
