I had just heard the bell go off, signaling that it was time for lunch, and I am ecstatic.

Amelia has been anxious about something all day, and I want to know what it is, so that I can try and make her feel better. 

She was shaking so much during first period, that I had to gently grab her hand and rub it in between mine, hoping that it would get her to stop.

Anyways, as I was approaching the lunch table, I heard someone fall into step beside me.

Craning my neck down a little, I noticed it was Amelia. 

I grabbed her hand, trying to provide even just a little bit of comfort.

She squeezed it back gently.

When we finally reached the table, I gently sat Amelia down right next to me, and we quickly fell into conversation with the boys as Morgan had not yet arrived. 

Eventually, Morgan did arrive and with a mountain of food piled on her lunch tray. 

I saw Amelia sneak a fry as soon as Morgan sat down. 

One of the boys chuckled, and Morgan caught on to what had just happened. 

She narrowed her eyes at Amelia sharply.

"Fry rule?" Amelia said sheepishly, trying to justify her previous actions. 

Unfortunately, the twinions then decided to each take a fry and as Morgan turned around, she caught them in the act, and they both repeated what Amelia had just said, hoping that she would forgive them.

But alas, Morgan did nothing but huff in response. 

I guess someone was really protective of her food today.

The only reason that I myself did not reach for a fry was that I was still holding one of Amelia's hands, and I would have had to reach over Amelia to get to the tray and while I recognize that food is worth it, facing Morgan's wrath is not. 

Oh well. 

Maddox ended up starting the next conversation off.

"So, did you guys hear the rumor going around school today?" He asked. 

There were a lot of rumors going around school, so there could have been a number of them that he was talking about.

We ended up going in a circle saying what we thought the rumor was, starting with Jax.

"Lauren got caught doing the deed with someone other than Cole?"

I snickered at that one. Both are leeches, and I think it would be funny to see Cole realize Lauren was really just using him as a pawn in her own game.

Then it was my turn.

"Cole got suspended for vaping in the bathroom?"

It had happened before. One more offense and he will be suspended for a week along with a permanent mark on his record. 

I would enjoy seeing him get caught. Any week away from him is a good week, in my opinion. He's like a little mosquito, annoying and always where you are.
