Gage

DAMMIT!

I did not plan on Amelia finding out that way.

I was thinking of ways to make it up to her, but then I heard that leach giggling, and I wanted her away from me, now.

"Lauren, you got what you wanted. Can you please just go away?" I asked with a sigh, hoping this nightmare would end. I never expected that Lauren would do what she did today.

"But Gage baby, I just want you," Lauren whispered, while trying to act seductive.

She even came over and started rubbing her hands up and down my chest, but that did nothing to me. I removed her hands from my body fast.

Once her hands were off of my body, I rolled my eyes and shooed her off with my hands. She left with a huff and stormed off with her heels clicking as she left.

Lauren completely ruined the relationship that was just starting to go somewhere between Amelia and I.

But deep down, I know that I am also part to blame.

I should have never met up with Lauren, and I know that now, but I didn't have a choice.

However, Lauren did not have to go that far with bringing it up to Amelia.

I was eventually going to tell Amelia, but I didn't get the chance.

Lauren took that from me, and she broke Amelia's trust in me in the process.

What she did and said hurt Amelia beyond repair.

However, I know that what I did was worse.

I lied to her. I told Amelia that I was with my mother, but I wasn't. I was with Lauren, but it wasn't a date.

I could never do that to Amelia, but I guess in some weird way I did.

Because now, Amelia will most likely believe Lauren due to the fact that I lied about being with my mother so what else could I lie about.

It hurts that those could be thoughts Amelia has about me, but I deserve it.

I hurt her.

I hurt my Amelia.

And I don't know if I can ever fix what I did.

Once Lauren left, I felt Jax smack my face.

Not the back of my head, but my cheek.

"GAGE!" Jax raged, clearly angry with what just happened.

I don't blame him, I deserve it.

I am a monster.

Jax just kept hitting me, everywhere. He did not hit my face, but he was punching my arms and shoving my chest, hard.

Eventually after Jax got a few good hits, Maddox pulled him off.

Both boys just looked at me with disappointment and disapproval.

Jax calmed down after Maddox whispered something in his ear. Jax just nodded his head at Maddox, but kept his eyes on me.

"Why did you even meet up with her, jackass?" Maddox was the one who asked that question.

It was obvious that I let the boys down.

I let myself down.

I didn't even look at them when I said, "I u-uh well, it started when she texted me the o-ot-other day. But this wasn't a date, I swear!"
