Kakashi walked as slowly as he possibly could without causing a disturbance. His eyes were glued to the infamous book, Icha Icha Paradise, in his hand. He knew that he was over two hours late to pick up the mysterious ninja he was assigned to show around, but Kakashi was perfectly fine with that. Almost at home with it. Might as well break the new Leaf Ninja in with his habits, just in case they're assigned with each other in the future.

The future... 'twas an interesting thought. Kakashi himself is going to (maybe) teach some of the future generation of ninja. The masked nin almost laughed out loud at the thought. He's already been through 'his' Genin's files. There was no way they would pass his bell test. The impulsive idiot, fangirl, and the vengeful duckbutt. Those three equal no teamwork.

Kakashi shook his head. Without teamwork, the team won't survive.

After managing to somehow make his walk last over an hour, Kakashi made it to the worst place on the planet, the hospital. Those things were death traps, and Kakashi never goes to one unless he has too- oh who is he kidding? He doesn't go unless someone drags his half-dead body there.

The silver-haired man shook his head. He wasn't here for himself, only some ninja with brunette hair, and blue eyes. Brunette hair, blue eyes. Brunette hair, blue eyes. He kept chanting that description in his brain, looking for the descripted man. And low and behold, he is sitting in the waiting room, an army of nurses surrounding him.

"Please Arata-san, we need to treat you're wounds," one of the nurses begged.

This so called Arata raised his hand, as if to silence them. "The orders from the Hokage were to go to the hospital and have someone look at my injuries. All of you have seen my injuries, so I don't need to go back there."

The young nurse that asked him so nicely huffed and turned around. "Anbu-san, can you please make him go back with us, he's been doing this for three and a half hours!"

Kakashi couldn't help but smirk at that statement. Despite not talking to this Arata yet, he could already tell he was going to like him, or at least be able to tolerate him.

The Anbu that was standing in the corner let out an audible sigh. Kakashi couldn't help but feel sympathy for him. He obviously lost a game of rock-paper-sissors. He let himself be pulled back into the memory of the days of playing rock-paper-sissors, Kakashi never lost once, thanks to his Sharingan... well, until they forbade him from using it. That was when he learned the horror of the 'crappy' jobs.

"Arata-san, please go back with one of the nurses before I report you for bad behavior." Arata's face fell. "That wouldn't be good on your first day in the village, would it?"

'Ah, so they have this man on a tight leash. Must have some interesting background if that's the case.' Kakashi thought, wondering just who this man was.

Arata finally complied, but whispered something into the nurses ear, the nurse stiffened and nodded, leading him towards the hospital rooms. Kakashi decided that this was as good as time as any to get to know this ninja that caught his interest.

Hisato stiffened when he felt another powerful Chakra other than the Anbu's follow him. However, it was strangely familiar. The brunette looked behind him and saw his lazy, Jonin sensei, Kakashi Hatake.

"I'll send one of my Jonin to go take you to the apartment you'll be staying at." rang in his mind. Out of all the Jonin in the village, the Hokage had to pick Kakashi. But picking Kakashi did make sense. He was one of the only ninja who constantly looked underneath the underneath and was constantly suspicious of well, everyone that wasn't close to him. If you made one move that didn't seem familiar to him or suspicious, he was full on interrogating you- in his own way, or you were immediately transported to T and I. So yes, Kakashi does make sense.
