-6 days later-

I was lying on the bed, a blanket over my body. My eyes were throbbing and so was my head. A slight tapping came from the window and I turn to look. The tapping continued so I decided to check on what it was. I opened the window and peered down and I saw him. Everett in a clean suit. He was throwing pebbles to catch my attention.

I glared at him, "What more do you want? Aren't you satisfied that you have broken my heart?" My voice cracked and tears rolled down in my cheeks. Everett frowned and shook his head.

"I am sorry my love, if I would say no then they would lock me up in my room and forbade me to ever see you again. I snuck out from my window to see you," the words he spoke was warmth in my heart and I refrained myself to smile.

"You are the only one I love, I will do anything to be with you,"

I ears perked at his words and a smile broke from my face, "Elope with me, just like I had suggested, we run away from this life," my voice was filled with hope and my heart fell when his expression morphed into contemplation.

I frowned and shook my head, "I understand my love, you have to—"

"I will, let's run away,"

I look at him straight in the eye, hearing those words was a beacon inside of me. It gave me the strength I need. I nodded enthusiastically and smiled. Everett matched my smile and looked around before looking up towards me, "Meet me in 'our' hill tomorrow, from there, we shall hire coach to bring us as far away from here as possible,"

I nodded, "Leave now my love, my parents will surely check my room any minute now, leave before the servants and guards will see you," I waved him off and he gave me one last look before starting in the bushes and disappearing from my sight.

I close the window and lean on the wall. I slid to the ground and sat. I tap my finger on the floor several times before standing up and headed to my wardrobe. I pull out a couple of dresses before hiding it underneath my bed.

I decided to take a bath on my own before I slept in the bed once more.
