Before I start I just wanna say thanks for 100 reads! Sorry if this story is moving really slowly. I'm trying to get it to go somewhere. Thanks for reading anyways!
Felix was currently sitting behind the school with a peanut butter and jam sandwich and a juice box. There's a picnic table by a backdoor where he goes during lunch break. The door goes to the janitors room, he knows this because the janitor found him at lunch once. He also joined Felix with his lunch that day. Herman is quite an exquisite conversationalist.
Besides Herman, there were three reasons why he was sitting behind the school.
1. It's the best place to hide from all other students.
2. It's quiet and he feels like he could think.
3. He didn't want to see those jocks from the other day.
Felix was nibbling away at his sweet lunch when someone turned the corner to his secret hideaway. He didn't notice because he was too focused on the expression his teacher made when he told her what he did for the assignment. It wasn't one you'd think a teacher would make when their student tells them something so melancholic. She looked as though she understood perfectly well, which made Felix sad to be honest.
"Look who it is."
Felix's head shot up to look where the seemingly booming voice came from.
It was Oliver.
"Oh... h-hey there." Felix didn't exactly sound excited to see him, but it was only because he was surprised that Oliver found him there. Felix's hideout is hiding behind a wall of dumpsters and an actual brick wall divider.
"So this is where you go to avoid everyone. This is nice." Oliver walks over towards Felix and plops down beside him at the picnic table.
"Yeah. I'm not really good with the cafeteria." Felix shrugs and puts his straw in his mouth as he takes a sip of the sugary juice.
Unbeknownst to the freckled boy, his friend beside him was staring at him with dangerous eyes. A smirk crosses his lips.
"I'm kinda tired, mind if I rest my head on your lap?" Oliver asks.
"P-Pardon?" Felix is shocked by the request. They weren't that close and Felix wasn't used to such contact.
"Just until the bell rings." Oliver reorients his body so that his back is on the bench and his head is in Felix's lap.
Felix is flustered and doesn't know how to act. To be honest, he was uncomfortable with the whole situation, but he didn't want to say anything. So instead, he stayed still the whole break while his classmate takes a rest on his lap.

"I'm home!" Felix yells into the empty walls of his house.
"...not like anyone would care." Felix mumbles to himself, knowing that he was alone. He shuffles up to his room and drops his bag down on the floor.
Felix didn't see his mom leaving in the morning. He was slightly relieved by the fact that he didn't have to confront her. His mom did not agree with Felix dancing one bit. That's why he was so shocked when she allowed him to move to Korea to become an Idol.
"I don't feel like doing homework..." Felix mumbles out loud, which was a habit of his.
Instead of doing the homework he should have been doing, he situates himself on his bed and picks up his phone. Felix logs onto Twitter and sees half of his tweets being about Stay Kids's upcoming world tour. Of course, one of their stops would be in Sydney.
As Felix scrolls, he stops upon a Tweet with a link to his usual ticket website where he purchases his tickets for concerts.
"This is for... research purposes... yeah... that's it." Felix says out loud as he clicks on the link, as though he needed to validate his intentions to the ghosts in his house.
There was a diagram of the seating layout for the concert. There were only a few spots scattered around the arena and the floor seats are still for sale. Felix clicks on the floor seats, just to check the price!
"Yikes, my bank account is crying at this point." Felix says sarcastically, but it's still true. He's a senior in high school but he didn't have a job. He made a mental note to look for job openings.
"Not like I was going to buy it anyways, haha... yeah..." Felix adds the ticket to his cart despite his last remark. His card number and other information are already saved since the last time he bought concert tickets.
A disclaimer pops up on his screen before he can continue.
"We are not in charge of blah blah blah... all sales are blah blah... no refunds yada yada. Yeah I know, I'm not actually gonna buy one, geez." Felix presses accept to the details and continues. He sees the ticket in his cart and starts imagining what would happen if he went though with it.
Huh, I wonder what it'd be like to see them again. Weird. Even though I once was close with them, I'd just look like another fan in a crowd.
One time wouldn't be bad. Just getting to see them once. Maybe that's all I need, one more time, then I can move on.
Felix's finger unconsciously presses the bright green purchase button.
"Yeah... that'd be great..."
...
"Huh?"
"Your purchase has been made. Thank you for buying with us today. Enjoy the concert!"
"HUH?!"
Felix stares at the bold letters on his screen with wide bulging eyes.
"Shit shit shit shitty shit SHITTITY SHIT FUCK FUCK FUCK FUCK!" Felix falls off his bed onto his stomach so that his legs are still resting on his mattress.
Felix starts fumbling with his phone trying to press on the back button but whatever he does, his phone still says that the purchase has been made. The purchase is final and what's done is done.
"Oh god..." Felix's mind goes blank like a flat line. Or maybe it was so full that it felt like nothing was there, if that makes sense.
Felix just drops his phone and slides his legs off his bed so that his lifeless body is sprawled out on the ground. What the hell did I do...?
"Felix? Are you home?"
