Chapter 23

Sigyn's POV

Everyone was in shock, I laughed awkwardly..

Jane shook her head, "Darcy, Darcy!" she said, she was trying to wake concience, she flick her fingers, Darcy shook her head, "Yeah...?" Darcy said, questionally

"Let's go back to work" I said, I went inside to the lab.

I showed them the cube, it was glowing blue, "this is extraodinary" Dr. Erik said, "This cube contained the Space Stone; The space stone is one of the Infinity Stones, those stones are powerful!" he explained

He smiled

Loki looked at the cube, staring at it.

"Love? Are you okay?" I said, he stopped staring at it and looked at me, he's now breathing, "yes, I am" he said,

"Come on lets go" I said, we went back to the living room, he picked up his book and started reading..

Jane and her sciencemates are studying the cube.

Suddenly a voice came..

"My darlings, Asgard needs you, the Allfather is now weak, my sons we need you" the voice said,

"Thor, we need to go to Asgard now" I said to Thor, he nodded and he picked up mjolnir, "I am sorry everyone, but we need to leave" I said to the others,

The others has no idea what's going on, I transformed back to my Asgardian form, and we quickly went outside, Thor activated the Bifrost.

"Your Highnesses, we've been expecting you" Heimdall said, we rode a horse and Thor flew to the palace, we went inside to the King's chambers

He was laying there, sleeping... Mother Frigga was sitting next to him

"You came...." she said, she looked sad, "Your father is stuck on Odin sleep" she explained.. Thor and Loki went closer to Odin, they sat down next to him,

"We've seen him, in Odin sleep before.." Thor said, "How long does it last?" Loki asked.

"I don't know, this time it's different... We were unprepared.." Frigga explained

"I've never get used seeing him like this.. The most powerful being in the 9 realms, lying helpless.. Until his body is restored.." Loki said, he was about to cry..
But he was holding back his tears..

I was worried, that he may be dead soon... Dear, Norns Help us please do not let the soul of Odin fade away to his body.. I prayed

"I fear, that Asgard will be on danger, without it's king" Frigga said..

Thor and Loki startled, and Loki stepped back and wen't to me...

"We need our king, Thor..." Frigga said, she looked at Thor and Thor knew that he will be a king, "no, mother.. I cannot be king, I have to protect Midgard!" Thor protested.

Loki know he cannot be king, Odin wouldn't let him sit the Throne of Asgard.

He wouldn't let a frost giant sit on the Throne, Loki and Thor were trained to be king, when they were children, but Thor was the chosen to be a king, but the crown ceremony ended before, so Thor wasn't a crowned prince afterall, it is Thor's destiny to be king.

He has to.

"Mother, I decline to sit on the throne of Asgard, I demand you, Loki shall sit on the throne" Thor said,"Thor!" Loki said,  he really don't want to be a king, he kneel down.

Frigga sighed, and she has no choice, she looked at Loki "Very well, Thor will protect Midgard, the line of succession falls to you.. Until Odin awakens... Asgard.. Is yours.." she said

He was shocked, I startled, A guard went in to the chamber, the guards were kneeling down to him and handing Odin's staff, Loki looked at it, tears fall down on his cheeks, he picked it up, the guard stand up and slowly going away backwards, he looked at the staff, he couldn't believe it.

"Lady Sigyn, I command you to be the Head of The Healing Wing, The leader and as the Queen of Asgard.." she said to me

I nodded my head no, "mother I can't be the Leader of The Healing wing, I'm not like you!" I protested

She smiled at me, "Sigyn, you are stronger than the other healers, I see it, you must accept it, to protect your home..." she said

I have no choice, so I nodded and understood her.

She looked at Loki, "Make your father proud..." she said, "my king.." she nodded..

"Brother, I am giving you my trust, please don't break it" Thor said, and he smiled

Ohhh Loki is now the King of Asgard, what will happen? Will he be a great king since his beloved Sigyn is by his side?

Sigyn is now the Queen of Asgard, and Frigga will take care of Odin.

"Yes I rewatched the Thor 2011 deleted scene where Loki becomes king"
