Chapter 13

We were both startled,  Loki looked terrified, "Darling, can leave us for a moment?" she requested, I nodded and I looked at Loki, I was worried about him... so I left.. to give them space.

LOKI'S POV

"A soul bond is a bond between the soul mates, but it has a very unfair fate..." she explained gently, "What  is it mother?" I asked, softly.. "If your soul mate dies, you die with your soul mate" she said sadly.... I startled, and speechless "--mother... you mean if I die she dies?" I asked, I was not expecting this... but it cannot be.. 

"Yes... darling... her life is in your hands, and your life is in her hands" she said, "It cannot be, mother if he knew I betrayed him, he will kill me!" I protested... 

"Is there any way to break the bond!?" I asked, "There is; the bond will be broken if   have no feelings to her..." she said, "but I love her!" I said, she nodded "I know.. my son, but the bond only be broken if your heart is not for her..." she said... "you need to protect your self, so your Sigyn will be alive.." she said.. I have no choice, I loved her, and my heart is still for her, I don't to be alone in my life, she's the only one I trust, and who understands me...  I nodded, she smiled at me and proud, I left in her chambers...

Y/N's POV

Loki came out of the room, and looked sad.. "What's wrong Loki?" I asked, "I was very happy, that we are soul bound, but... mother said if one of the soul mate dies, the other will die too"  he said, it was unfair.. "it's fine Loki, as long as you at my side.. we'll look for each other, I know you are afraid, don't worry our friends are on our side." I reassured him... and Thor patted Loki's back. "don't worry brother.." Thor said.

"um Thor when are we going back to Midgard? cause I have school..." I asked, Tony will nag me again, if I didn't attend school for a few days...  "After the announcement, that you Lady Sigyn has arrived to Asgard after all these years, and the announcement that you are soul bound with my brother..." Thor said, gently.. "The royal maids, will guide you to your chamber" Thor said... it was embarrassing, it was my first time to be a royal and I was raised in Earth... (Midgard)

The maid, guided me to my room, and the other maids was following me in line, it was uncomfortable... there was two Asgardian guards standing next to the big door, its not really big though... 

I stayed THERE... for like hours.. doing nothing just admiring the furniture, the bed was comfy and the blanket.

The guard, went inside and I startled... he kneel down to me, and bowed "Prince Loki is waiting for you to dress up for the announcement, Your Highness" the guard said. I nodded, the other guard announced, "The Queen wants to enter your chamber, Your Lady" the guard said, "come in!" I said, she went inside... "Darling, everyone is waiting for you.. can I help you dress up?" she asked, I nodded "Yes of course!" 

After many try outs... 

"Oh.. dear, Perfect!" Frigga said, "Does Loki know about this?" I said, she was brushing my hair, "No he does not, he don't know what you look like right now..."  she said, "Oh my... he will be shocked, I changed too much.." I said, she laughed "Oh dear, he will not" she said with a smile, 

"I've never, thought Loki will be happy to this condition... " she said, "it will be hard..."  I said, and i sigh... 

"it's finished..." she said, she was smiling.. I looked at the mirror, "Oh my Odin...thank you!" I said, I was happy and shocked to the result.

"You're welcome, my dear."  she said, I hugged her, she was happy... "now come on.." she said "they have been waiting for you." 

We left, I saw Loki standing and waiting I was walking towards him, he noticed me... 

"Mother... Lady Sigyn..." they greeted, "Now have fun.." she said, she smiled, she went back to the All Father's chambers.

"You look ravishing ,Love" he said, gently I smiled at him "You look handsome as ever, Love" I said, Thor came and bowed at us, "Lady Sigyn.. brother.. our friends came by" Thor said, "they're not my friends Thor, they're your friends" Loki protested, The Warriors Three was standing at front of us. "Hello" I greeted them, "My friends this is Lady Sigyn..." Thor introduced me to them, "Lady Sigyn, this is, Fandral, Hogun, Volstag, and this Lady Sif, she is more like a Lady, but a warrior.." Thor said,

"I'm not a Lady as you think..." Sif said, I smiled holding my laugher, "I believe so, I am like you when I'm at Midgard" I said, with a smirk,

The Warrior Three bowed again to us, "Would you like to dance, my dear?" Loki asked, and I nodded, we went to the ball, he grabbed my waist and holding my hand, I tried to follow the steps of Asgardian dance but it is quiet difficult... "Sorry.. I stepped on your foot" I apologized to him, "You can step  on my foot anytime." he said softly.

Odin went out of his chamber, he sat on his throne, Frigga is right beside him, and her throne. We all stopped dancing and went back to our place.

"I announce you, Lady Sigyn has returned to Asgard." Odin said, the people were talking and whispering when they heard the news, Odin banged his staff, and the Agardians kept quiet.

"And... Lady Sigyn is soulbound to my Son, Loki Odinson" Odin said, with a proud look...

The Asgardians were murmuring...

The Allfather and Allmother, left to their thrones.

"Well.. Thats quick.." I said, Loki smirked, "He's always like that.." He said...

The Asgardians are looking at us, I gave them a awkward smile...

/Be yourself, Love\ Loki whispered, I took a deep breath, and we walked to the center.
