I enter the hospital.

Sally and Bruce are at work. I can't blame them.

I find Dr. Destre but she walks past me like she doesn't know me.

"Dr. Destre!" I call after her.

She doesn't respond. Great.

As soon as it is 10, I stay still to see if there's an abnormality. Jimmy and Elsie beckon me from a corner and I follow.

I run basically. Dr. Destre is there too.

"Sort this shit out," She glares at them.

"Ahah, it'll get sorted," They grin. My stomach sinks.

"And you," Elsie turns to me. "Take that bag off. Extra luggage,"

"No."

"Suit yourself," She shrugs.

We're back in the dark alley. A vehicle stays parked in a corner. Otherwise nothing changed. Wind rustles. We don't understand why we're here, standing in utmost silence, when a voice cuts through.

"We trusted you," A male voice. Destre's face goes white. "We trusted you like no other."

"And yet...you betrayed." A female voice.

"And the punishment for betrayal is death."

Destre struggles to speak yet few whimpers come out. "What have you done...?"

I look at the vehicle but only one man steps out.

He has trimmed hair, clean clothes. So much like anyone else. That's their trick I think. Blending.

Destre steps back. "It had to be done, Pharis,"

"You chose wrong, Vanya."

I speak up. "Listen."

Pharis ignores.

"Hey, Pharis!" I shout.

"Vanya...don't let people die on your behalf," He raises the gun on me.

"Why do you want to kill her?" I ask.

For the first time, he takes his eyes off her and looks at me. "Why do you want to know?"

"Because I have a gun pointing at me," I answer. "I want to know for whom I'm dying at least,"

He smirks. "Clever,"

"I know," I smirk.

"Confidence. Lovely," He smirks.

"Tell me, Pharis,"

"Vanya, would you like to do the honours?" He smirks at her.

She grumbles. And the gun goes back to facing her.

"Tell her, Vanya. Tell her what you did. I'm not asking you. I'm telling you," He says, with a warning tone.

Vanya looks at me, a put off expression on her face. "I worked with them,"

So it's true. There was a hint of doubt but there's gone.

"But...I had to go," She looks away. "They asked to harm someone near to me and I..." She trails out.

Pharis laughs softly yet evilly. "Someone near to you? You think we don't know that? This field is for a category of people who wouldn't think twice. If you thought you didn't fit, you shouldn't have come at all."

Elsie and Jimmy look between them both.

"How did you know?" Vanya asks. "About...my past?"

They never bothered to answer. But just then, Pharis collapsed.

The gun from his hand falls a few metres away.

I step closer to find his chest bleeding. Someone shot him precisely in the heart.

In the painful silence, I look around.

Tobias stands there, the gun still in position.

I stare at him, shaking my head. "Tobias what the hell are you doing here?!"

Few men step out of the vehicle. I glare at him for doing this but looks at me straight in the eye, no guilt whatsoever.

They look at Pharis, then at Tobias.

They nudge his shoulder with their foot. "You alright?" He dead bro.

I roll my eyes and look back at Tobias. He keeps his eyes on the guys. Vanya and others look at them in confusion.

A man, quite older than the rest, looks at Tobias. "You. Cop?"

"No," He answers.

"Then," The man steps closer to him. "This precision?"

"Practice," He says.

He lets out a laugh. "Practice?"

"I was from the experiment," He says.

"Yeah, I know. You don't think I don't know the trusty man under Johanna, huh? I was just testing you. I always hated the GPs,"

I gulp.

"I'm not one," He answers.

"Tobias Johnson, a GD?" He laughs.

Tobias lowers his gun. "That's right,"

"Then, you're deficient, huh?" He takes a step closer, a sneer on his face. "Faulty."

His eyes show a flicker of hurt but he blinks again. "That's not the point."

His expression changes to anger. "What are you doing here?"

That moment, someone grabs my arms, holding them behind my back, a gun to my head.

Tobias presses the gun to his chest, anger in his eyes. "Call them off."

He looks back with the same anger.

"Tobias."

He looks at me. I nod at him and but he doesn't listen.

I twist the man's hand around his neck as suddenly as I could so that he won't be able to fight and held his gun against his head.

"Tobias, look at me." I say while the man tries to wriggle out. He does. "Don't."

He doesn't respond.

The man tries harder. "Let me go, you little--" In the process of that, he presses the trigger.

The body pools at my feet. I stare in shock.

The man shouts. "What do you guys want?!"

"Justice," Jimmy speaks up, holding a phone up. "The Police are on their way."

I smirk but they do as well.

The leader guy takes his gun out and draws in, pointing it at Vanya. Two more point it at the couple. Two at Tobias and me and one at Vanya.

The police sirens can be heard from a long distance. I run towards the nearest man, tackling him down. Tobias punches the leader guy in the face, making him stumble back.

I grab his throat. He grabs my hands, pulling them away from him. Tobias fights with the others.

We hear the sirens get nearer and nearer, until they're right here.

"Who are you?" They asks.

Elsie shouts. "They are the Blues!"
