Sonia POV

Sonia and Casie walked down towards the cell that they held milleena in

Sonia: So, do you think it's safe to do this, that it won't backfire?

Casie: I don't know, but I do know that y/n is probably better off with her, I ain't ready to have a kid yet

Sonia nodded as she got to the door and opened It seeing mileena look up at them

Mileena: what do you want?

Sonia: for you to take y/n, and run

Mileena: What?

Casie: kotal khan is here and if he finds you, you dead, so your going to escape, and disappear

Mileena looks at them thinking this was to good to be true

Casie: and you better go now before he comes back

She dropped a backpack full of food, water and supplies

Sonia: run somewhere else and don't come back

Mileena: I wouldn't dream of returning here

Mileena POV

Mileena stood up holding y/n and grabbed the bag walking out the door, she ran and looked at the fence that looked rather high to Jump with the six year old in her arms

A girl with dark skin and some sort of metal gloves used her hand to make a boost for mileena

She took the help and the woman hefted her over the fence where she landed in her feet. It was the middle of the night as she moved from shadow to shadow away from the base using the moonlight as her guide

She saw a city, that could be the best place to go for the time being, eventually she would leave to another world and have a happy life.

She ran towards the city and found herself in the busy streets as she walked around looking for anywhere they could sleep

She settled on the roof top of an abandoned building near the edge of the city

She grabbed a soft blanket out of the backpack and lays it on the ground, she sat on it and then layed back using the back pack as a pillow

She closed her eyes and entered the dark, comforting embrace of sleep
