~The following 1 month~
*Raine
Michael still in his tours and I am currently filming my movie with Chris. But the thing is, I'm so much busy and Michael hadn't call for the past 3 weeks. Aubrey and Prince kind of misses their father but Chris tried to entertain the kids at the studio. Well, I always brought the kids at the studio and to my surprise, they kind of behaved. Me and Chris finished our taping shot and we kind of have a lunch break time. Me and Chris are eating together with Aubrey and Prince.
"Mommy, have you heard of daddy?" Aubrey asked.
"Not yet baby girl. Maybe daddy is still busy." I said.
"So.. no call from him?" Chris asked me.
"Yeah, it felt like we've broken apart and doing a different way now."
"Maybe try talking to him. Go on, talk to him and I'll look at this two." I smiled at Chris.
"Thank you Chris." I stood up and grabbed my phone and went out of my dressing room and contacted Michael.
~CALL~
R: Hello Mike??
???: Who's this? (A woman's voice)
R: Why are you answering Michael's phone?"
??: I'm the girlfriend..
~END~
Just then, I ended the call and I went inside my room and Chris saw me crying. He immediately stood up and held my arms.
"What happened?" I just hugged him and cried at his shoulder.
"It's okay.."
"I called him and --and some--girl an--swered the call and says--she's the--girlfriend."
"I'm sorry to hear that. I'll be here with you throughout the way. I'll help in taking care of the kids."
"Thanks Chris, but it's not necessary." I said while wiping my tears.
"No, I offered my help and you just accept it."
"Okay. Thanks." Just then, I typed a message to my attorney telling him that I wanted to file a divorce paper. I don't care anymore to our old promises. He broke our promise then I shall follow.
~After 3 days~
Me and the kids move out of California and we bought a house in Boston where Chris lives. His family became my family. My family became his family too and the kids became close to Chris and became their father figure. The kids call him uncle Cap, because of his Captain America. We left Neverland as much as possible. Me and Chris finished our shooting immediately and we're now on vacation.
"Uncle Cap! Uncle Cap!!" The kids greeted happily when I opened the door and saw Chris visited the kids again.
"Hey little sergeants!" Chris said while opening his arms wide so that the kids can come and hug him.
"You gonna play with us again?" Prince asked.
"Yes I am. Go to your room and I'll talk to mommy first."
"Okay!" Said the kids. They ran up to their room and Chris stood up and he hugged me.
"How's the papers going on?" He asked while we sit on the couch.
"The court still finalizing it and I'm glad he signed the papers. Tomorrow is the day of the hearing. I want you to come with me, I can't face Michael right now."
"Yeah, I will. I'll let mom and Scott to babysit your kids."
"I just wanted the kids to come and I wanted them to see their father before the court's decide on what to do with the kids."
"I'll let Scott and mom come with us if it's okay with you."
"Yeah, thanks. The kids needs someone strong for them to entertain their questions tomorrow."
"We'll make it through, okay?"
"Thank you Chris for being here beside me and the kids as well."
"That's nothing, Raine. I'll just go with the kids." He kissed the temple of my head and he went upstairs and played with the kids. I grabbed my phone and contacted Janet.
~CALL~
J: Oh my God Raine! Is it true?!
R: What did he said?
J: You're getting a divorced and the court decides tomorrow.
R: That's true Jan. I'm sorry..
J: I know what you're going through right now but are you and the kids safe?
R: Yeah, we are. We're safe right now and I just want to tell you that you need to go with Mike.
J: Me and Mother will accompany him and I'm sure he needed us right now.
R: I know it's a fast decision that I've made but I can't help it.
J: I know sissy. What will happen to the kids tomorrow?
R: The court will decide if the kids stays with me or Michael.
J: Gosh!
R: I know, that's why I'm trying to spend the last day with the kids and I'll try to explain to them what was about to happen to me and their father.
J: I hope you pull through that hard string.
R: I hope so Jan.
J: By the way, Mike asked me to ask you about the kids, how are they? How are they coping up?
R: Is he there?
J: Yeah, he's actually listening to our conversation right now.
R: (Sigh) The kids are fine. They're safe and they doesn't know what was happening. I just wanna let you know that no matter what happens, I won't let the kids say something negative to their father. I'll let them know that their parents' mistakes was never theirs. I'll also let them know to never remove their father's reputation to theirselves.
J: Raine, you know we could--
R: I gotta go. I'll start preparing the kids for lunch.
J: Okay. See you tomorrow.
R: Bye.
~END~
I put the phone down on the coffee table and went to the kitchen to prepare our lunch. I'm just making some spaghetti and some pizza.
"Mommy!!" I heard footsteps of Aubrey coming down from the stairs.
"Mommy where are you??"
"I'm in the kitchen honey." I called out for Aubrey.
"Mommy, what are you doing?"
"I'm making lunch honey. It's spaghetti and pizza." I said.
"Yey! Mommy, can uncle Cap stays here and have a sleepover with us?"
"Well, ask your uncle Cap if he likes to stay. I'm totally fine with it hun."
"Thanks mommy! I love you so much!" She went near me and I bed over to her height and she hugged me tightly and gave me a kiss on the cheek.
"I love you more sweetie. Go on, ask your uncle." Just then, she ran upstairs and I just giggled. I continued making the lunch.
