I gasp as I open my eyes looking up to a a red sky,air that slight burned my lungs and rough skin could only be,Purgatory.

"Lovely."I stand up and stretch

I look down at stomach and notice the injury completely gone
"That's right...Dale killed me or atleast that monster did.."I say

I begin walking taking in my surroundings waiting to get the hell out of here
It's been a while since I've been to this shit hole.

"Hello Y/n it's been a while."A deep voice speaks laughing hysterically at the end
"Yeah yeah I got taken out in a lame way hello demon king."I reply continuing to walk
"How'd you like the curse I placed on you?"He asks
"Jokes on you stuffs getting fun again,I'm actually glad to still be alive."I reply calmly

He starts laughing again
"This reason to live now.Is it that what's his name Ban?You see Rou in him,don't you?"The demon king says
"T-that's not it at all Ban's different..Rou ,Ban would never hurt me like Rou did."I say
"Wouldn't He now,let me let you in on a secret,one of my soldiers killed someone that human held dear,ever since then he loathed our Kind...what would he do if he found out you had demon blood."The demon king says
I stopped in my tracks remembering what Ban said to King

*flashback*
"I refuse to believe it!I refuse believe that the captain or anyone else I love is anything like those monsters."Ban shouted gripping King's collar.

I clench my fists.

"The human will betray you Y/n,you know that all too well.Let those useless feelings go and come back to where you truly belong.'

"...He'll love me still...I'm sure of it.."I say Ignoring him
"Oh poor you the only people who love you and know what you are,is meliodas,your father and your mother...will we add those deadly sins to the list when they find out or Ban?"He says
"Don't talk about my parents..they're not alive.."I say continuing to walk
"You don't know? your biological father and mother are alive.."He says clearly amused
"..That monster will never be my father..MY REAL PARENTS ARE DEAD!"I shout
"Your mother Y/n has been in the demon realm waiting for you,for 3000 years."He chuckles
He was lying
"Would you stop fucking with me and go away...that's impossible."I shout
"Oh Y/n, it's the truth..I have no reason to lie to you if you want you could go look for her yourself."He says

"Answer me this,am I actually dead then?"I ask
"Of course you wouldn't die that easily you're just in a near death state and I dragged you here to have a conversation,Back to the curse..you really think Ban would still love you after the you return back to the vicious Y/n you once were?It's only a matter of time."He says
"What do you mean?"I ask
"Each time you return here more and more of your old self returns to you..seeing that you've avoided death for 3 000years not much will return."He finished
I could feel myself just getting shivers just thinking about it

"You're scared aren't you?"He says
"Mark my words..I won't ever return to that Y/n...never."I say
"Well whatever you say..get out of here I'm tired of seeing your traitorous face."He says

Meliodas has this curse too.
Now I understand how he feels.
A flash of white light surrounds me and I could slowly feel myself slipping away from this world
"Wait!"I shout before I knew I opened my eyes opened the familiar ceiling of my room in the boar hat
"that prick."I mutter under my breath referring to the demon king

"Y/n."I hear Ban say beside me holding my right hand in his startling me

He looked a wreck and reeked of booze

What will happen when he finds out you have demon blood?

The demon kings voice echoed into my head as I looked at Ban
"Hey Ban.."I smile

But he just pulled me into a tight hug.
"Nothing has ever scared more than losing you...I was so scared that you'd never open your eyes again..I was so scared I'd never see you again,it was driving me crazy."He said with his voice breaking he was sobbing again.
I never knew Ban could be this emotional.
He pulled me into a tight hug and we embraced eachother in silence
"Ban.."I softly say
"Yes?"He replies looking at me
"You like me for me right?Regardless of anything?"

"I love you with my entire being."He says
"You promise?"I say
"I promise."He says p

who Ban and I could be so sappy and corny.

"..I..love you."I say
I was even surprised by  what I just said

"No you dummy."He softly chuckles
"Because...I wanted to live long enough to see you again even just one more time...I made a promise to myself that I'd find you again..then we met again in Liones it was fate if I do say so myself.That was more than enough of a sign for me to actually go after you."He says stroking my hair

We continue to hug before he speak
"Now scoot over."He says gentle moving me to fit himself next to me onto the bed
"You're an asshole you know that."I say
"And you love it."He puckers his lips expecting a kiss

"Shut up."I laugh covering his mouth with my hand he chuckles and turns off the light

I notice him staring right into my soul caressing my cheek
"what?"
