Ban's Pov
The sun fell and everyone was scattered around the bar,thinking about everything we'd just heard today
I was worried about Y/n more than anything,
No it was driving me crazy..her disappearing?
How am I even supposed to live with that?
The whole reason I even chose to live this long was because of her..how would I even be able to handle that?

I groan in frustration gripping my hair

"You're worried about her aren't you?"Elaine says
"Of course I am..she's all I ever think about.."I say

"That's something I know..for years it's only been her hasn't it..Even all those years ago when I would read your mind..there was this one woman on your mind everyday..I was stupid to think I had a chance,"Elaine softly chuckles

I let out a deep breath
"To be honest..I understand were she's coming from..you allowing someone that tried to kill her here and not tell her about it is pretty messed up..have to tried talking to her?"Elaine asks
"Yeah..and it went terrible.."I say
"You tried only once didn't you?..jeez Ban.."she says
"I tried talking to her before I could get a word out of my mouth she walked past me.."I say
"You have to try harder!You're just sitting here worrying instead of going after her!"Elaine says

"You're right..this isn't like me,I can't take this anymore,"I stand up
I run to the roof top where I know Y/n has been going lately to think

She stood there staring at the moon with a bottle of booze in her hands
"Y/n.."I say
I say she looks at me then looks back at the moon
"Are you going to disappear if you break your curse?"I ask her
"Beats me.We'll just have to see won't we?"She says not facing me
"Then if it does happen..what am I supposed to do?"I ask her
"What're you supposed to do?why're you asking me,if I disappear well...it is what it is,"she says
"That's not what I'm saying damnit..If you're gone..what do I do?There's nothing left for me anymore.."I say

I walk up to her grabbing her hand

Y/n's Pov
He begins apologizing over and over then there's this phrase he said

"I love you only I promise..I'm here with you always,"Ban says

3 000 years ago flashback
Rou hugged me with his chin on my head
"You're the only one for me..I'll always be here for you no matter what..I love you..always,"He says

A few days later
Rou was holding Gerheade in his hands and
Gloxinia appears
"WHAT HAVE YOU DONE TO MY SISTER?!"Gloxinia yells
"Please brother you misunderstand Rou didn't do an-!"
"It's okay Gerheade..I did it.I deserve it..Do as you wish to me."Rou says

Gloxinia fired a blast through Rou's chest
Rou dropped to the ground and immediately Gloxinia flew away

"Why..."I say slowly walking towards Rou
I drop to my knees
"B-because I deserve it,I hurt Gerheade"He says
"So..you said no matter what..you could've just kept quiet!She didn't want you to die..she was talking Gloxinia out of killing you ,he could've let you live!you chose to die for her...but you couldn't live for me?"I say with my voice breaking
"Y/n..I'm sorry..I lo.."He says before closing his eyes

"Why...why did you leave me..you said you wouldn't..you chose to die for her..but not live for me..the person that needed you the most.."I whimper holding Rou's body in my hands

That day I felt pain like no other

End of flashback

I felt my eyes getting glossy and I snatch my hand away from Ban's
"I'm tired,Goodnight,"I walk away

Ban's Pov
Did I say something wrong?
I can never when can I..

I walk to the captain sitting on a tavern stool
"Hey Captain..you feeling okay?"I say
"Yeah..I guess..have you talked to Y/n,"The captain asks me
"I tried apologizing captain..I'm stuck I don't know what to do,I don't know why she's so bothered by Elaine I mean...I'm not even interested in her one bit,I've told her that so many time,I know I did wrong by lying to her and everything but after I said this one phrase ..Y/n stormed off on the verge of tears,"I say
"Said?thats the thing,you just talk Ban.Rou promised Y/n a lot of things and said a lot he ,even looked like you,but showed no action whatsever.Did Y/n ever tell you how Rou died?"The captain asks
"No.."I reply
"Rou had a choice to die or to live..he chose death,"He says
"I don't follow captain,"I say
"Rou chose to die for a fairy after promising her to be with her always,"The captain says

I finally understand now,
and,
I really screwed up.
