7: Inevitable

     Nasemento ako sa aking knatatayuan habang lumalapit sa akin s Henry at sinusubukan niyang hawakan ang kamay ko. This is just fucked up. Ano ba 'tong nangyayari sakin?

     "Inaamin ko na noong una kitang makita, I really thought of you as a good person willing to listen to a loser like me. But when I dig deeper into your profile. Your social media accounts. I really admired you because you are good looking and you are a good person."

     "Wait? You were stalking me? Is that what you mean, Henry?" natitigalgal kong tanong sa kanya. He really is a sociopath.

     "I didn't do it to harm you. Gusto ko lang talagang makilala kung sino ka. Because I was so shy to approach you again. At yung unang binigyan kita ng flowers at teddy bear, that was my way of really seeing you again."

      "Look. Whatever it is that you want from me, please stop it. Masiyado nang magulo ang sitwasyon ko ngayon to even deal with another problem." saad ko sa kanya na kinalungkot naman niya.

      "So you mean, you are dating someone?" tanong niya naman at lumayo na ako sa kanya. I keep on telling myself that this is another wrong thing to even think of. Ayoko makadagdag siya sa mga iisipin ko.

      "Please. Just don't show up again. Don't involve yourself to me. I have too much to deal with already."

     "Until you tell me that you are seeing someone and you love that person, hindi ako titigil hanggang makita mo na my feelings are real." madiin niyang tugon sakin bago siya naglakad papalayo. He was walking in a fast pace and before I knew it, he was gone.

     Binuhat ko ang aking bag at nagmadali naman akong umakyat. Pinupuno parin ni Henry ang utak ko. Bakit ba naman kasi napasok ako sa ganitong sitwasyon? What did I ever do to make things like this come my way?

     Nagring naman ang phone ko and I grabbed it from my pocket without looking at the screen. Sinagot ko iyon at isang nakakapanindig balahibong boses ang narinig ko mula dito.

     "Edrian? Where are you?" tanong ni Andrew sakin at hindi ako agad nakasagot.

      Iniisip ko parin ang inamin ni Henry sakin kanina.

     "I'm here at my apartment, Sir.." tugon ko sa kanya but my voice was cracking.

     "Are you okay? You sound tired." tanong niya sa akin. I can feel that he is trying to get a hold on me.

     He was particular to me that we cannot do anything more than sex but he is acting so concerned about me. What is he trying to imply again?

      "Yes, Sir.. I'm perfectly fine." this time malinaw na ang boses ko.

      "I want to see you tomorrow. After office. Okay?"

       "Where will I meet you?" tanong ko sa kanya.

       "Susunduin ka ng bodyguard ko in the parking are of the building. He will take you to a special place. I will wait for you there." masaya niyang sagot sakin that made things even worse than what it is right now.

       Date ba ang sinasabi niya? Is he taking me out on a date? Maybe.. Maybe its just another fucking session with him.

       While I was preparing my things and get going, may isang babaeng biglang humarang sa dinadaanan ko. She was pretty in her royal blue above the knee length dress. It was a halter one. And I feel that gaze in her eyes will swallow me whole.

      "You are Edrian, right?" tanong ni Brandy sakin and I know that I have been discovered.

      "Yes, Miss Brandy. I'm Edrian Aragon." clueless kong sagot sa kanya and she ordered me to follow her habang nakikita ko ang pagtitinginan ng mga katrabaho ko sa pagbuntot ko kay Brandy. Even Gio was surprised of how Brandy was so calm at that moment.
