Daniel smiled widely at her answer, "In that case, here are two more songs for you."

"This one is All My Love." Daniel said as he begun strumming his guitar.

"You got it, come get it, all of... My love," Daniel sung during chorus of the song.

He also sung, "I'm asking, I'm praying, you bless my life by staying."

After All My Love ended, Daniel announced that the last song was called Why Don't We Just.

"You are one of a kind.
And you're always on my mind.
I wanna spend all my time.
'Cause I'm really, really into you.
I hope you're really, really into me too.
So, why don't we just love?" Daniel smiled at Talia while he sung.

When the song ended, Talia sprung out of her seat to hug Daniel.

The brunet gladly accepted the embrace, relieved to know his (and Claire's) plan to get Talia back had worked.

After releasing each other from the hug, Daniel took Talia's hands in his.

The moment their hands touched, Talia just thought about how different his touch felt after being serenaded. Less than an hour ago, she didn't feel comfortable being hand in hand with him because it reminded her of being left hanging. Now, the warmth was back and the giddy feeling was rushing through her veins again.

"So, Talia Sky Layhton, will you go on a second date with me?" Daniel asked sweetly.

Talia smiled brightly and nodded, "Yes."

Daniel gave a smile of relief before wrapping his arms around Talia again. In the background, the two could hear Daniel's other four bandmates cheering excitedly for their best friend.

"I can't believe you helped him!" Talia laughed as she stood in front of her full length mirror, holding a hanger with a dress in each hand, switching back and forth to try to decide which one she should wear on her date.

"You should be thanking me!" Claire faked offense. "The plan was brilliant and it worked!"

"Yeah, yeah. Anyways, I still can't decide. Which one?" Talia asked as she spun around to face Claire who laid on her bed, scrolling through her phone.

"The red one!" Claire exclaimed, pointing to the dress in Talia's right hand.

"When you have time, can we talk?" Claire added.

The blonde nodded, hanging the other dress back in her closet.

"We're talking right now, aren't we?" Talia chuckled, "What is it?"

"Uh well, it's actually not something I want to say right now. Can we talk when you get back?" Claire suggested.

"Of course! I promise," Talia smiled.

Then, the two best friends headed into the connected bathroom to get Talia ready for her date with Daniel.

Half an hour later, Talia was all glammed up and ready to go. Her blonde hair was in its natural waves, as was her makeup. The red sundress with a white flower pattern she wore complemented the large white teardrop shaped earrings that hung off her ears.

When the doorbell rang and Claire rushed to get the door, Talia quickly grabbed her light washed denim jacket and her small black chain purse before walking out of her room.

Claire had just invited Daniel in and to say the brunet boy was stunned would be an understatement. As cliche as it sounded, when his blue eyes landed on her, Daniel was mesmerized. Talia was breathtaking.

"W-wow," was all Daniel could breathe out.

The feeling was quite mutual. Talia was also staring at Daniel, who wore a black denim jacket with a white shirt inside and black jeans.

"Are you two done staring at each other?" Claire asked, still holding the door open.

Talia bit her lip, her eyes meeting with Daniel's crystal blue ones. She saw the amused twinkle in his eyes and grinned.

"Have her back by midnight!" Claire jokingly said as Talia and Daniel walked out the door.

"Yes ma'am!" Daniel joked back.

Talia chuckled and waved, "Bye! Love you."

"Did you hear that, Seavey? She loves me. I bet you're so jealous," Claire exclaimed, making Daniel playfully roll his eyes although a slight blush rose up to his cheeks.

Talia shook her head at her best friend, "You're embarrassing him, Claire!"

"Sorry, sorry. I love you too, have fun!" Claire said before closing the door.

"Sorry about her," Talia said as she and Daniel walked to the elevator.

"Nah, it's all good." Daniel shrugged before smiling at her. "You look gorgeous, by the way."

"Thank you. You look quite attractive yourself," Talia chuckled.

The two teens took the elevator to the lobby and walked out to Daniel's car. Although neither said anything about it, being in the car together again reminded them both of their first date. So did the radio playing softly, but there was one thing different.

Talia almost gasped out loud when she felt Daniel place his hand on her dress, the part covering her thigh. The small gesture of affection made the blonde's heart race quicken.

It had taken Daniel some confidence, but to be honest, after he had heard Talia's song about him, all he wanted to do was make a move to show her he didn't want to leave her hanging. Just an hour ago, he was standing in front of his mirror, giving himself a pep talk on making moves tonight.

The brunet didn't dare look over at how Talia reacted, too scared to leave his gaze on the road. But the fact that Talia placed her hand over his and intertwined their fingers shortly after he made a move was definitely assuring.

Talia looked out the window and grinned approvingly when she saw that Daniel had pulled into the parking lot of an adorable cafe with a large sign outside that read "9pm to 10pm comedy performance! 10pm to 11pm open mic night!"

The relief Daniel felt when Talia flashed a smile at him after seeing where he had brought her for their date was indescribable. After they had gotten out of the car, he took her hand as they walked through the parking lot and to the entrance of the cafe.

Daniel watched the giddy look on Talia's face as she looked around. The smile on her face must have been contagious since one look at her made the biggest smile spread over Daniel's face.
