Chapter 2: Can I Be Your Hope?

Eyes widened at his words of knowing what she's going to say before she got to finish, she walks to the roof door and turns to him saying:

"L-Lets hurry home t- t- then."

She wasn't used to saying this kind of stuff so she was uncomfortable but he answered her words by giving the biggest and brightest smile he had.

They began to walk side by side on the quiet streets that were starting to slowly be engulfed by the dark skies above. There was utter silence, the only thing to be heard was the heals of their shoes thudding against the pavement. This was interrupted when the Hoseok suddenly shouted out:

" OMG... I don't even know your name yet, and were supposed to be friends."

Hoseok pouted.

The girl thought this was cute. The blood slowly rushed to her face when she came to the realization of her thought and she shook her head, violently telling herself she cant think of stuff like that.

Hoseok thought that she didn't want to share her name so he stated:

" its fine if you don't want to tell me. I can wait."

he smiled brightly. The girl turned to him and said very weakly but just loud enough for him to hear:

" its not that... I was just thinking of something else. My name is Y/F/N."

Y/N POV

You bowed politely to him and then continued on walking. You had reached a corner but it began to rain. The tiny droplets were being absorbed by yours and his clothes drenching then in water. The rain began to thicken and speed up but you was used to it so you carried on like normal. Hoseok on the other hand panicked. Quickly clenching your arm he propelled through the streets not letting go. You guys eventually reached your house and you told Hoseok to stop.

Once you guys stopped you walked up to your door and unlocked it. Hoseok was about to walk away but you shouted:

" WAIT..."

Confused, he turned to look at you. His beautiful hazel eyes stared right into the depths of your soul. You got lost in the light that was glimmering off of the brown orbs. You were brought back to reality when Hoseok said:

" Is there anything you need?"

You then said shyly :
" D-Did you... Umm... want to err I-I don't know ..M-Maybe c-come i-in."

Hoseok smiled gently causing his eyes to form half moons. He replied:

" sure, why not?"

happily making it to your door he waited for you to lead the way and made a gesture for you to go first, and so you did.

After closing the door you both removed your shoes and entered the living room. Hoseok looked around curiously. Everything was dull to him. It was all one colour.... Black.... He looked around observing every inch of the room hoping to find something to learn about this mysterious girl he recently became friends with.

HOSEOKS POV

I was intrigued by the new environment. Ive never been in a house with only one dull colour so it was fascinating. I was searching for anything to indicate what my new friend is like when a loud bang echoed throughout the house:

"It seems there's already thunder.. Hmm"
