"Don't roam the house at night."
"Got it."
"If either of them try to lure you into a room by yourself, leave."
"Yup."
"Actually, scratch that. Don't go anywhere by yourself."
"Sure."
"They're really sketchy people so don't trust them so quickly."
"I know."
"Don't go to their bedr--"
"Taehyung!" you exclaimed, interrupting him. "I get it. You don't need to keep telling me what I should and shouldn't do. I can handle myself and before you know it I'll be back home, safe and sound. Trust me."
Taehyung huffed dramatically on the other end of the line right into the speaker. "We're all worried about this, not just me. I can't even imagine how Jimin is taking this. But if it makes you feel better I'll stop. You better keep your word, about coming back safely that is."
"Of course. I'll even call you guys if it makes you feel better," you offered.
"You don't have to. Only if there's something you really want to share with us. Or maybe if something bad happens and you want to tell us about it. I'm not expecting to receive a call every day before you go to bed, though."
Even though he says that, you can't help but think that's exactly what the blonde wants. "Well, I gotta bring my stuff down so Jimin can pack it in the car. I'll talk to you later."
"Alright, good luck and have fun, if that's possible," Taehyung said.
"Bye (Y/n)! Stay safe!" a new voice exclaimed, sounding far away.
"That was Namjoon," Taehyung informed.
"Tell him I say thank you," you chuckled. Then you added softly, "Bye Taehyung."
There was silence on the other end for a few seconds before Taehyung hung up. You stuffed your phone into your pocket and grabbed your suitcase, hauling it into the hallway and down the stairs. Jimin had already brought his stuff down when Taehyung first called so it was only your stuff that needed to be put in the car. When you reached the last step, Jimin was suddenly in front of you, taking your luggage from you.
"I could've made it," you pouted.
"Yeah, and it would've taken you five minutes to do so," Jimin replied, rolling his eyes playfully before he was gone.
Celeste, Soomi, Miori and Clarrise were all lined up at the door, waiting to say goodbye to you and Jimin. You walked up to the redhead first, standing in front of her and smiling.
"Jimin better not come back alone," she said threateningly. "I'll revive you just so I can kill you again if that does happen."
"Duly noted," you responded, hugging the feisty girl. "It's only a month. You guys shouldn't be worrying so much."
Soomi scoffed. "Only a month, she says."
You released Celeste and moved over to the black-haired girl who was frowning at the floor. You pushed your fingers up into her cheeks, forcing her to smile. "Don't get all mopey now."
"'M not moping," Soomi grumbled. Before you could tease her further, she threw her arms around you and hugged you tightly. Without giving you time to reciprocate it, she pulled away, crossing her arms over her chest and staring at the ground again. "Have fun with your future in-laws."
You almost choked on your saliva and had to take a few deep breaths. Soomi, being the brat she is, glanced up at you from under her eyelashes and smirked. You didn't respond to her last comment and moved over to Miori. Said girl looked like she was a second away from bursting into tears, her bottom lip quivering and her eyes filled with deep sadness.
