Firstly, I just want to make it clear that yes, that's how the story ends--I purposely made it that way. An open ending, although I think most will imagine it going the same way.
I mentioned this at the beginning of the story but I'm actually kinda disappointed with AOTY and was hoping I'd be able to make the sequel something I can be proud of. Would I consider this my finest work? No, not at all. But I'm very content with how it turned out, nevertheless--especially the ending. There were scenes I had been planning on putting in the first book that never made it in, but I managed to squeeze them into this one so I feel complete.
It's shorter than the first book by about ten chapters and some of you may feel like it's ended too quickly. If I could, I would've made it as long as the first but the truth is I didn't have anything else I wanted to add to the story. So I thought it would be best to end it here. When I write my stories, I always reach a certain point where I start to lose interest and begin trying to plan my next. Once I start feeling this way, I know it's time for me to wrap up the current book so I can move on. And that's what happened with this story. I'm sorry if you were hoping for more :(

In the year 2038, new technological developing company Phoenix is becoming increasingly popular with its latest release of the SU, an artificial intelligence model rivalling all its predecessors. The high-performance humanoid machine has proven to be revolutionary in the world of technology, serving as an exemplar for competing technology companies aiming to enter the world of AI production. The SU model's purpose is to serve its owner and provide beyond satisfactory results. A man decides to gift his best friend with one of the units, hoping it will be able to save him from his deleterious state of well-being.
It's gonna be different from my other stories but I'm really looking forward to writing it. I should also warn those interested that it's gonna be a sad one. And there are also references to poor mental health, so be aware of that (There won't be anything like self-harm but I still think I should caution those who read it so you aren't caught off guard).

I'm not trying to be rude and bash this person. HOWEVER. I just think it's unacceptable for them to complain about getting FLOOR TICKETS, no matter how far at the back they are. If you were hoping and planning for closer seats, I understand why you'll get so frustrated and pissed. But there are people who never even had A CHANCE at getting nosebleed seats, never mind your spot. Don't be ungrateful, feel blessed that you get to see the boys in person.
